This is a really cute apartment complex and I really enjoy living here. I've been here for about…read moresix months so I think I can give an honest open opinion of the complex as a while to anyone looking to rent here. It seems very family friendly, although with any apartment you'll have new people moving in all the time. They have police who live here and act as the on site security should you need them for anything. Some of the maintenance personnel also live onsite which is nice if you have a true emergency. This place is fairly new as well. There are some downsides, but you'll have those with any apartment complex and just have to decide what you're willing to sacrifice. Because it's a newer complex the insulation isn't as good as it was at our old complex (old as in it was over 20 years old you could only hear upstairs through the air handler). But I'm willing to take the noise over mold and brown recluse spiders lol. Also, there is only one grill (the same people monopolize it almost every evening) and 30 garages for 240 apartments. I was lucky on the garage front. I don't know anything about the game lawn that's on the apartment map. And lastly the dog park is tiny and horrible. It was not planned out well, the drainage is horrendous and they really should've put down turf since it's not maintained. Oh, if you have packages come and they don't leave them at your door you'll get to use the really nice package room. Emily in the office is the epitome of southern hospitality.
