They have been a fantastic addition to our team, helping us maintain our units and screen for qualified tenants. They communicate clearly and swiftly if there is something that needs attention. Our monthly reports and deposits are consistent each month. And they are just a pleasure to speak to when ever there is a need. I was thrilled to meet them in person last October when I was in town seeing our properties for the first time ever. We highly recommend their services, especially if you are an out of state owner like us.

Court costs lawyers fees. We got the money a day late and new management wouldn't take it. Their lawyer wouldn't even call us back. They start garnishing check we get it down to 500 and get on slow pay after most is paid due to hardship from Covid. Fast forward we get Covid like 3 times no money coming in cause can't work. He just got back to work and they garnish again taking up another few hundred. You got most of your money. Most people are having it hard. 500 or less from almost 5000. During Covid. New management obviously only cares about money. Old management didn't keep up with records. Either way have been hurt enough. If I could give a zero I would. Pay attention to their other properties and think twice during Covid cause they don't care if you eat or have a place to live even. They just want money. Money that I still feel isn't rightfully owed.

My family and myself were victimized, targeted, harassed, and physically threatened/ harmed by another resident, which Danielle knew about, and really did nothing. She insisted on moving us to Rollingwood, but it was ALL at my expense, they paid NOTHING, even though everything that happened to us was because of Danielle. We were promised to be back into a 3 bedroom apartment when we moved, we just had to make due with the small 2 bedroom until one opened. That was NOT the case, either. She nickel and dimed me until I had to move, for being bankrupt. I had a 3 bedroom at Peyton Manor, and ALWAYS paid on time, never caused trouble. The neighbors that were victimizing us were already being evicted, fired guns in the neighborhood, on the Lebanon PD watch list, and still she allowed them to be there and do this to us. If I could, I would upload the videos of our terror. I'm turning them over to a lawyer, because she has NOW decided she wants to sue because I had to leave. I couldn't do the B S games and extra money anymore. I had to move to a much better, much more secure, gated neighborhood. Shame on this company for allowing this to even be an issue!!! NOBODY should be a victim where they live because management failed to do their job.

First and foremost, they have new people on-premise for property management it's 1000 times than the old management. Some of the issues still exist but at least they are trying on top of that, prior management only did things when it was reported. I've observed some things are done on a proactive basis. Most importantly, they treat their tenants with kindness and respect instead of jumping to fine you for a violation. You still have to deal with crappy neighbors but alas, that is apartment living.
