I've had at least some contact with almost every teacher here and have really seen amazing work. As a student teacher in the area, I worked in Greenfield, Brookfield, Wauwatosa, Franklin, and Milwaukee schools and this one has been my favorite. The families here are very supportive of the unique education their children are blessed to have. If you are looking at possible schools for your child, research immersion style learning and see if it is for your family. All topics are taught in German from pre-K onward all day. The kids pick it up through exposure and practice as they enter upper classes. English instruction starts in 2nd grade. Many think the children will be behind - not the case. The school actually has above average scores in all content areas. They still can speak English fine because they hear it outside of school and begin an understanding of language structure from being taught mechanics of it. The kids here are also exceptional. Much fewer issues than other schools. Good neighborhood too. If you plan to enroll the cut off age is 1st grade or they are too far behind. There is also a waitlist, so enroll as soon as enrollment opens up!

This is for the CHURCH, not the school…read more Pastor Wayne Van Gelderen, Jr. is an awesome local BAPTIST church preacher in the Independent Fundamentalist Baptist Church history. His late father devoted his life to the fundamentalist BAPTIST Cause. I am more worldly than they would, God bless them, permit in their members. Yet his dear wife, might have been Pastor Wayne or one of his two evangelist brothers who made the marvelous point, if some of your church members attire doesn't bother you, you're not evangelizing enough. Led my first lady to the LORD biblically here. Will see them all in heaven. LOVE this church, its preaching (it challenges you, right?) and the godly wonderful music. Plenty of free parking. Note: In the wintertime when it's snowing, no worries. That's normal around here. The church's menfolk will have been snow blowing and shoveling out the parking lot. You'll can still go to church here with snow on the ground. The church will be open. Not MANY yelpers will love it here. But just a few will. God bless you.
