Asked for a phone charger for a new iPhone and got a charger as thick as an HDMI thick and it's so inconvenient and when I drove all the way to exchange with something else, didn't even ask for a return, he didn't help and just said there was no return or exchange and didn't even try to understand or listen. I feel ripped off by this place. I was in a rush that day and wasn't paying attention to how much things cost, so I understand that I agreed to pay the price I was given and I was not lied to or cheated. I was charged $20 for a film protector on my iphone 10, when a film protector costs a few dollars for three on amazon. Then $20 again for a very basic clear iphone 7 case. Lastly, I was charged $16 for a iphone earphone converter when it's only $9 at the Apple store. I understand for the convenience there is a mark up, but $20 to put on a film protector? Seems way too much. I think if the other things were merely overpriced, the film protector is a rip off. The person was polite, and efficient which is why I didn't give it one star. I feel like that if you're going to buy something in this store, just take a moment and see if the price is fair or you're paying too much. read more

I needed to get an Iphone 11 pro max repaired. It had a line on the screen that wouldn't go away. The screen needed to be replaced. I got there around noon, dropped off the phone and he inquired if I wanted the official apple screen for $300+ or the generic screen for far less, I don't recall price. I asked what the difference was and he explained if I were to trade in apple phone in the future it would need to be an apple screen. Considering I never trade in my phones, as I see no point considering I can sell it online for more than what a store would give me, I said generic one was fine. I even said it aloud "I don't trade my phones in so the regular one is fine." He asked for my number and said they would call. Sign says 20 minutes, however they were already working on 2 phone so I assumed it would be at least 40 minutes. I walked around and no call yet. I walked back to kiosk only to find no one was there, they had a sign they would return in 10 minutes. I waited and when they got there I asked if phone was ready, which it was. They didn't communicate or call as they had advised they would. This was upsetting considering I went on my break only to get my phone 1.5 hours later. What was worse was when it came to charging me, it was $300+. I said I asked for the generic screen. They said I didn't. I reiterated what I said reminding them I said "I don't trade in my phones so I don't need the apple screen". Rather than apologize or offer a solution, he said nothing. I got the phone fixed but I paid $300 + and wasted more time than needed to be spent. I recommend when you write your phone number on the paper they provide you, to also make a note on what you ask them to do so that they don't "mistakenly" do what they want and overcharge you. I will say, so far, phone has been working. Had it not been for these two issues, they would have been great. read more

Sometimes it's not about what they did but what they didn't do. Today I came in after going to the Apple store to have the microphone replaced on my Apple iPhone 11. I'd already spoken to Brenda on the phone and she had given me a fair price to replace the mic. When I arrived however she double checked the mic and although Apple had said it was broken she confirmed that it was working properly. Bottom line no need to fix it. She could've easily told me to fix it and taken my money and I would never have known the difference, but instead she took the high road and told me the truth and let me keep my money. That's the kind of business I want to work with. I wish I could tell you my phone is never going to break again, but I know it will and when it does I'll be back and these guys (and girls) will do the work. Nice job and thanks for your honesty! Business trip forced me to the Apple store and wondered why I didn't go sooner- they noted a problem with the replaced screen and fixed immediately. My iPhone11 had a broken screen they replaced quite quickly which was nice. Unfortunately the touch screen now has issues. Either it is too sensitive or not sensitive enough at times. Every now and then it just acts wonky and things start moving all crazy. Sometimes if I'm on a call and want to put it on speaker the screen becomes inactive and I have to press the power button to snap it out of sleep which sometimes ends the call I'm on so that's an annoying new development. I wish they would have told me of this risk as I learned after the fact that this can happen when not using official Apple parts. Also they failed to mention iPhone11 is the first gen to notice if the screen was not replaced with official Apple parts and as such I had a warning banner that kept popping up for 15days. Lesson learned, next time make sure the repair shop you go to is using official Apple parts. read more
