DO NOT USE BROKENTOP HANDYMAN - unless you wish to employ someone for a leaky faucet or to hang a picture. I first meet Michael Agenbroad as he was at a house undergoing an extensive remodel who represented himself as the contractor and I asked him over to provide an estimate for a kitchen and bath remodel. He called a well known plumber, a tile contractor and a counter fabricator for the kitchen. Having gone through this process at another house recently, I said the tiling was overpriced at which point he called another provider who quoted 20% less. The counter fabricator never got back to him. This was my first clue that Michael was not a real contractor, but a handyman with a cell phone. He never pulled together a complete quote and when I called (3 times) wanting to start on a section of flooring, my calls were never returned. This is unacceptably rude behavior and indicative of the level of Michael's service. So, Michael is not a contractor and unreliable for whatever your needs, especially if you want a contractor. But, if you want someone with a hammer and a wrench, it's up to you. Michael is a flacky source, just another nail pounder with a big red truck.
