My husband purchased a half dozen of roses bouquet on Valentines Day to be delivered to me at work…read more When I received them, I noticed that they looked wilted on the edges of the blush pink roses. First, I called him to thank him, etc. I asked how much he paid for them because they were just an ok arrangement, nothing to brag about. He said I don't know, take a look at the checking account to see. I later that day looked up the transaction on our checking account and noticed that we were charged $84.xx. I was shocked that 6 roses cost so much. I called Magic Moments and mentioned that I received the bouquet and they looked like they were from the bottom of the barrel because they were wilted somewhat. They mentioned that the blush roses are supposed to look like that. I then mentioned that I was charged $84.xx. She said yeah that was for a dozen of roses, I said I received a half dozen. She said that they could either send the other 6 roses or credit me back the difference. I said just credit me the difference because the roses were not the best looking and I didn't want more of them. She put me on hold and came back on and said we are going to just credit you the whole amount as a gesture, etc. I was pleasantly surprised and said thank you, not necessary but thank you. Then proceeded to tell her, as a heads up, that these are not the best-looking roses to sell, as a hint. Then all the sudden they came to my office and took my bouquet back leaving me with nothing! Shocked is an understatement. What business offers you the credit for your purchase as a nice gesture but then comes and take the product.

We have been seeking someone to look at our Bosch Dishwasher for sometime. It had a warranty…read moreremaining from Bosch and they sent on of their contractors out. His diagnosis was that we don't clean our dishes well. He basically berated us. Then I go to Yelp and Daily Home Solutions responds quickly. I explained that hat was happening and he quickly told me he can look at it. He sent a request to pay the initial service fee. He scheduled an appointment and updated me when he was close by. He had the part, very professional, wore a mask inside. We don't require it but it may have made him feel more comfortable . He was polite, he immediately knew the issue and began resolving the issue. He got 50% completed but the part that Bosch sent him was incorrect. He carefully showed me the part that he had didn't have a chip inside. The one I had did have a computer chip that informs on how to drain. Quite interesting. He came back the next week, installed the part quickly. My recommendation is this gentleman for any appliance issues. I know my first call is to him. He's prompt, professional, great conversationalist, overall superb service.

While the warranty company ultimately reimbursed us, it was Eddie that came to the rescue! Further, Eddie was able to diagnose the problem and solve it in 15 minutes - the other companies wanted me to remove the wall oven (about 400 lbs) from the wall. This really demonstrated for me the common-sense, tactical approach Eddie applied versus the other technicians' sledgehammer-on-a-fly approach. Yes, I fully recommend this service and Eddie!
