He worked very hard to clean our carpets and the solution he uses works very well. They leave you a bottle of it for spot treatments. Lastly, I really like their system because it is oil and water free. The carpet is a little damp after they leave because of their citrus based cleaning solution, but it dries very quickly. And 52 hours later, I've gotten only 2 responses (both within 1 hour). Now, not only did Cassandra respond promptly (within 10 minutes), her response had a personal touch (it was enough to move her company to the top of the list; even had her price not been half of what the other company wanted).
