He updates me of my case and always responds on my questions. He's been there to me the whole time when I was inside the court house and guided me of what to do since this is my first time. He also made my case "DISMISSED" and he also help me not to go to community service with some good reason. I really really HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR ERIC BERNSTEIN as a LAWYER. I have been involved with attorneys my entire life while in my law enforcement career in south…read moreFlorida and additional career in Georgia. I have also interviewed and had meetings with several in the Canton / Alpharetta Georgia area. I can easily tell which attorneys have a line of 'BS" vs those who are honest, willing to help and offer solid advice. Without a doubt Ms Sara White is a true rare find. She and her office replied almost immediately to our requests. It was followed up with reminder emails. Once my wife and I met Ms White in person it was a good meeting taking care of some estate legal matters. Everything was well organized and the meet went flawlessly. She also took the time to look at a document that was deficient in a writing several years prior. Immediately we had her redo the important documents and set up an additional meeting. Without a doubt.. you do your homework , but do not be fooled by these high cost estate attorneys who want a crazy amount of money for the services and almost scare one into what they are selling. For us we did our homework. Some would not even discuss the fairly new 'Transfer of Death Deeds" and were they even knowledgeable about it, probably because it did not bring them thousands of dollars into the law firms business. We "highly" recommend Ms White for her honest services at a reasonable price! We assure you we have tried others but they dont come close to what she offers her clients. A breath of fresh air with our estate needs. We have already passed . on her information to our adult kids and sports partner players.

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed…read more I hired this attorney to handle the probate of my mother and father. He was paid in full before providing services--something I now consider a major red flag. My father's probate was filed on July 2, 2025. After my mother's probate was completed and her Letters of Administration were published beginning March 18, 2026, I repeatedly contacted the attorney by text and email asking about my father's case. Getting answers was extremely difficult. I eventually contacted the probate clerk myself and discovered that documents were missing and the court had already mailed my attorney a letter notifying him of the missing documents. I ultimately received my father's Letters of Administration to publish beginning July 1, 2026--nearly a year after the case was filed. This delay had a real financial impact. I could not get the deed transferred into my name in time to apply for the homestead exemption before the deadline. When I questioned the attorney about the delay, his response was: "No time tables at all with probate. They take their sweet time." I understand that courts have their own timelines. What I expected from the attorney I paid in full was to monitor the case, address outstanding documents, communicate with me, and keep the process moving. Instead, I had to repeatedly chase him for updates and ultimately contact the court myself to find out what was happening. Probate is already difficult when you're dealing with the loss of both parents. Having to fight for basic communication from the attorney I hired only made it worse. In hindsight, paying the entire fee upfront should have been my first red flag. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney for probate.

My son had a DUI and the usual tickets associated with a DUI (reckless driving, changing lanes, etc..) and I needed a second opinion on the situation since I was not feeling great about the initial top rated lawyer I employed. Ben provide sound legal advise and was very assuring. He demonstrated amazing knowledge of the process and discussed all the issues with me. He has a California approach to these matters, that is very calm, collected, cerebrial and personal. I only had two regrets: 1) that I didn't initially select him (wish I had not panicked but was abroad and feared for my son's well being since the criminal justice enterprise doesn't treat young man of color well), and 2) that I didn't have the resources to hire another lawyer. Nevertheless, Ben called me several times and over the weekend, offered several perspectives on the case, and offered to show up and discuss on an hourly fee the case with the judge. I recommend Ben without reservation! An amazing professional that doesn't have a dollar neon sign over his head.

I am extremely glad that I chose her because my daughter is finally living with me. We were both extremely grateful that she was willing to take our case with all of these child support and custodial issues. Before my daughter and I became her clients, we thought we had a very good and strong representation from a very big, powerful, and reputable law firm that was pretty well known in the area. However, after thousands of dollars and 12 months of waiting, we found ourselves very disappointed. I was on a hunt for an exceptional lawyer to move our case forward yet again. That exceptional lawyer we were looking for turned out to be Ms. Cherry. She is a superb lawyer with a superb team. Ms. Cherry and her team (Ms. McKenzie and Ms. Hutchinson) are always on top of everything. They moved our case forward at the speed of light while keeping us up to date with what's going on and making sure we understand every step. Most importantly, they have an outstanding reputation and relationships in the law community, including the judges. After 5 and a half months with her team my daughter is not only living with me, but she is also in a new and better school district. She had finally returned to the happy and worry free kid that she used to be. I am telling you as a parent: no amount of money can buy that feeling and happiness of seeing your child light up with joy. I could also feel that Ms. Cherry was not in it for the money like many other lawyers. I am currently in a very tough financial situation, I am a recipient of SSDI, and her team knows that. They are very conscious of your financial capabilities and I am sure I was underpaying her team for the results we were getting. One thing Ms. Cherry told me that I will never forget is that I did not need a male attorney, but a good attorney, and that is so true. If you are looking for a professional, focused, knowledgeable, confident, experience, caring and friendly lawyer, Ms. Cherry is an obvious choice. And believe me when I say that because I have had my share of different attorneys. With that being said, I would like to say thank you to Ms. Cherry and her wonderful team. My daughter and I will always be grateful for everything you have done for us.

I'd been going through a long painful divorce (pro se), and finally needed some legal advice. I found Gunn on a list of lawyers provided by the court. His advice was sound, clear and he went above and beyond despite the fact I was unable to pay his full rate. You can tell a lot about a lawyer from the work they do pro bono, and because he was so professional, personable and took the extra time to resolve my myriad questions and fears, I'd highly recommend him to anyone dealing with divorce or family law issues.
