If there was a way to give this place zero stars I would. Today was grandma's funeral. As if a time like this isn't hard enough, the flowers that were delivered for her casket were not the colors that were ordered. When the lady from the florist shows up...no apology. Nope! She starts yelling and is shaking while she is talking to us. When I told her the flowers were NOT dark purple and white, she tells me that they are, and I don't know what I'm talking about because, "you are not a florist". No lady but I wasn't absent the day they taught colors in pre-k! I've never witnessed such unprofessional behavior in my life! At one point she threatened to "repossess" the flowers that had already been paid for!!!! Are you kidding me? And to think of all the grieving people who have had to deal with this woman. If you live in Elk City, let me tell you who NOT to use to avoid this type of treatment. Unbelievable! read more

Wow!! What an amazing group of people and business! The people working there are so professional and are experts in their field. Always kind and willing to go above and beyond to make your experience great and always with a smile on their face. The products that come out of their door are top notch. No one in southwestern can even come close to their work. They will forever be my florist of choice. read more

Carrie was great to work with! Her creativity and talent turned a room full of sorrow (funeral) into a beautiful display of love through her floral designs. My only disappointment is that I don't live in the area to order from her more often.
