Terrible service. And the owner/manager is hateful! First off, you brought me ctappy looking flowers and then the next day they were fall apart.. how is that my fault? Then you preceed to pound on my door over and over again and when I go to open it you demanded the first crap flowers back, why would I keep dead/crappy flowers? Then demanded the bowl back so as I try to go get it, you shove your foot in my damn door way then grabbed it the bowl hard out of my hand then proceed to be hateful. I needed some flowers for my daughters graduation in a few hours. They were able to help me pick out some unique flowers. The pricing was good, and the flowers were beautiful and lasted a while. Inside the shop was over whelming for me. There is a lot inside. The also offer a military discount. The two female employees were polite and helpful. The small bouquet was gorgeous. read more

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I lost my husband 3 days ago & stopped here to order a spray for the casket. I already knew what i wanted. She gave me a total which I felt was too high. But I wanted that certain thing. Since I have had my wallet stolen & didn't have new debit card, I told her I would go get cash at the bank the next morning. She said she couldn't order until I paid which I understand. The next morning, I called another florist & it was $220.00 less. So, I called Broadway florist & apologized that I had to cancel the order because this is getting really expensive, and I had found the same thing for quite a bit less. Her words to me were "well good luck if you think it will look as good as ours". Then she hung up on me. I started crying then got really mad, so I called her back & asked her if this is how she treats potential customers & someone who just lost their husband then she said, "I don't care" and hung up on me again". My mom has done business here for decades. As her caregiver I oversee her and my dads financials. The manager here told me they would not deliver until payment received because a pricey order had been placed previously by my mom. It was too expensive and the shop ate a good portion of the cost. Unfortunately they didnt stand by what they said and my mom ordered again, I called and made payment but i had questions why they didn't follow what they explained to me previously. In my attempt to gain clarity on the phone with Sherry the owner she said to me "you can take your business elsewhere and shove it up your ass" and hung up on me. My words were calm I did not wish to argue at all. I was hoping they would hear me out so they would not be eating money again when my mom calls and orders items that are more than she can afford. My mom has dementia and many times we as her family have to go behind and pick up pieces because she doesn't have full understanding or reasoning. I had mentioned before to an employee here. Their comments were insensitive at best telling me I should have let them know she wasn't well. The lack of professionalism from Sherry today was disgusting. She also decided to call my mom after the fact making me out to be a horrible person. I hope no one walks in the shoes of family member with dementia ever and I hope any business would have compassion and some level of courtesy. I explained if you let my mom order in the future she won't be good for it. I had to check one star to even leave this review but the owner is not deserving of one star based on her conduct toward me today. read more

We have used Broadway florist for many years with our large family in Moore BUT After the loss of my father and the stress that goes along with it the ladies at Broadway Florist were absolutely horrible helping us. That means something to me even though I don't live in Moore. Scherry Johnson, the owner of Broadway Florist, one of the most loving and deeply compassionate people I have ever met. After the 2013 Moore tornadoes Scherry wanted to find a way that she could personally help the victims of the storm. She came up with the most creative and heart-warming way to help. She offered, on TV and radio stations, that she would make the centerpiece funeral floral arrangements for any victims who lost a family members in the storm. Wow! She also coordinated with national floral suppliers and her friends and family to make this effort a very meaningful one for her community. I love Scherry and Broadway Florist. I went on their website to order flowers for my Aunts funeral. It gave me the option to be delivered the same day since my Aunts funeral was the following day so I ordered their larges spring arrangement and paid for it with my Credit card. I was sent a confirmation so I thought everything was done and my Aunt would get her flowers. The next day at the funeral no flowers had been delivered to the funeral so I called Broadway Florist and at first the girl kept saying she didn't see my order but finally said oh yeah well we don't deliver to that area so your order was cancelled and your card was refunded. What ever happened to florist who wire orders to other florist to fill orders they can not. She said someone should have called me which no one did! I told her the Website should have not taken the order and If I would have been called I could have called another florist since the order was given at 10:30am. The florist here is verbally abusive and does not have food business practices. She is not straightforward with consultations and ghosts her clients. She mistreats her employees and does not refund for services she did not even complete. Avoid this place at all costs, look at my video for proof. Don't make the same mistake I did! 8 months later Scherry still hasn't given me the $200 back that she said she would. Working with Broadway Florist was the worst headache that still has not ended. Back in August I made the worst decision hiring Broadway Florist to do flowers for my wedding. I was looking forward to their years of experience and expecting great things. 1st appointment Scherry was late, no big deal. 2nd appointment she didn't even show up after I drove out to the shop. Scherry upped my bottom line price (from our initial consultation) AFTER she made sure I paid my deposit. I was very concerned and at our next meeting, with my coordinators and Scherry, I addressed my concern and frustration with the above-stated. Scherry immediately got VERY defensive, she did not make an effort to right the wrongs. I told her that based on this record I didn't trust her, and at that point she said very aggressively that if I didn't trust her then I should find another florist. I agreed. She said she would mail me a check returning my deposit, and if anyone doubts that - she left me a voicemail reiterating that she would return my $200 deposit (I still have the recording). That meeting left my coordinators in shock that she was so aggressive and hostile. Since then I have followed up and Scherry claimed to have sent the check, but offered no proof. My friends and my husband have also followed up but Scherry has been hostile toward them and has refused to write the check. I would like to have this resolved, but Broadway Florist has made no effort and has been uncivil. read more

Called back and asked for owner and was same person that told me to f___ing off. In response to Ardena. There was no refund posted in writing. You can not harass a business the way you do and expect good results. You also can not add things to the wedding and not expect the quote to go up. You have taken up a lot of the businesses time by the abusive phone messages, the constant calling, the showing up and refusing to leave. No one in bridal gives refunds. No one, not caters, not DJ's, not chapels, and no dress shops. Once you put a deposit down and secure a date, that's it. If you change your mind or your wedding is called off. Deposit is forfeited. You aren't even the bride. You are one of her friends. So, if the bride would have come to the business and have been civil, something would have been done. The flowers are amazing. Scherry Johnson did the flowers for my Granddaughters wedding. The corsages she made fell apart BEFORE the wedding. Then, when my Granddaughter was walking down the isle a flower fell out of her bouquet! I talk to Scherry about this, howerver, she just made excuses. Prices were high, no customer service. Ordered a funeral arrangement for a funeral home "just down the street"...yet they added a delivery charge (not included if you order on line). But there wasn't enough information to order on line. I had to repeat everying four times, had to spell my wife's name six times. At 9:45 a.m. they were not ready to take an order, computer was 'down', etc. Nobody seemed to know the prices, had to correct them on one of their offerings on the web. They were surprised that I wanted the arrangement deliver the morning before the service, seems the day before was more convenient for them. This florist was unprofessional and hard to deal with. My sister decided to go with Broadway Florist for her wedding flowers. After putting down a $200 deposit the florist increased what she was charging my sister. When my sister arrived for a scheduled appointment the florist was not there. When my sister spoke to the florist afterwards the florist became irate and said to forget it and that she would refund the deposit. Several weeks later my sister has still not received the promised refund. When she spoke to the florist asking about the status of the refund the florist was extremely rude. read more

But after moving to Austin, I needed flowers for my friend's memorial service in OKC. These ladies went above and beyond to get the flowers delivered, even with 2 hours notice!!
