Limped it to the dealership on a Saturday night & called first thing Monday am. They didn't know when they could get it in to diagnose it since "I didn't have an appointment." I basically begged them to just put a code reader on it to tell me what I was dealing with & how long I'd be without a vehicle. They finally did that & said a couple different codes came up, one being a part that's nationally backordered & would take weeks or months to get. That's all rhey could tell me. They didn't have a loaner for me. Basically I was SOL. So we took the vehicle to Bergstrom who got it in immediately, got the part in 3 days that was supposedly backordered weeks to months, fixed my vehicle along with another issue they found & 2 recalls & got my vehicle back to me in tip top shape a few days later. The reason they gave was "it's a hard car to find and they sell really fast, if you don't buy it what if the next guy wants no miles on it". It's a baseless argument.
