We were very pleased with their competitive pricing, work ethics, customer service, attention to detail and timing when we hired Hi-Tech Auto Repair, Inc. to order/install new tires on our vehicle! BACKGROUND: While traveling on vacation in Montana, we were driving on highway 272, just miles away from Broadus, Montana. During our travel, we discovered our front tires were beginning to fail which required immediate attention. We stopped in Broadus and asked if a tire store was available. We received high recommendations to talk to Phil (owner) at Hi-Tech Auto Repair. Acting on this recommendation, we met Phil (Owner) who immediately stopped what he was doing to diagnose the issue and provide a recommended course of action. We ordered new tires and stayed in Broadus for the day waiting for the tires to be delivered the next morning. This was a pleasant stay, for it enabled us to meet his wife and children who run the coffee/gift shop across the street. It also allowed us to tour the Broadus Museum. This museum is America's best kept secret! Wonderful museum! The next morning, the tires arrived on time and were installed. Phil was fantastic. He adjusted his work schedule to prioritize our installation to get us back on the road as soon as possible. We want to thank Phil, his family and his employees for their competitive pricing, work ethic, attention to detail and premium customer service. If you have the need, we highly recommend you please visit Hi-Tech Auto Repair in Broadus, Montana and talk to Phil. Thank you. Brent Billinger

If Hi Tech doesn't feel like working or towing that day then you are out of luck. The busiest travel day of the year, Hi Tech AAA decided they would take the day off, leaving motorists stranded. Montana AAA, sucks as well. If their nearest tow service provider flakes out, they do as well. They will not call an alternate provider for you. They will tell you their provider is coming in 40 minutes. Two hours later when the tow truck doesn't show up and you call them back because they didn't call you, as they said they would, they tell you, "Sorry we don't have anyone to tow you". You are on your own, even if you are a premium member. They don't care if you are in an unsafe situation. That explains why you see unoccupied vehicles along Montana roadways.

I called Grant trucking and spoke to Ellwin, he sent one of his guys (Devin) to help us block up the axle so we could drive the rig to his shop. (He did this to save us a tow bill). I was nervous to drive our 5th wheel this way, but we made it to his shop. He did not have all the parts we needed so I drove to Gillette WY to get the parts he needed. We arrived back at his shop at 5:00pm he and his guys went to work, wow at quitting time! They installed the new brake assembly, wheel bearing and hub back on and were complete by 6:30pm. As it was late in the evening I asked Ellwin if we could camp in his equipment yard for the evening since it was late in the day. He found us a nice spot in a grassy area to spend the night, it was a blessing!! Oh -- the price for doing this work, was much less than I was expecting. Grant trucking took excellent care of us!!
