The staff in this place let it down, They have a huge selection of caravans however the staff and after sales lets it down. They wouldn't even get our caravan in for warranty work and my parents caravan got damp at 4 years and they left them 13 weeks before getting it in to be repaired, Wouldn't even buy a replacement battery from these people read more

Cannot disagree with the comments. I can't believe that after the terrible service I received from them that I actually went back there but I did, and I wish I hadn't. They will use every excuse under the sun NOT to help you. Once you have parted company with your money, you'll get the promise of a never ending friendship and family care. You won't get it. My van went in for repair after the wheel came off in September. November I got a call stating that it was ready for collection. We went to pick it up and on walking across the yard to inspect it, a blind man could see the obvious. Although they had repaired the damage to the wheel arch and polished out a black scuff mark on the side panel, they had failed to fill and repair 2 large dents that a blind man could see. The service manager tried to waffle at first about it wasn't down on the job sheet, but after I said I would reject the repair and call the Insurance company he quickly changed his mind. As my van was due a service on the 13th Feb I agreed to leave the van and have the repair and service completed by its service date (13th Feb). Irang at the beginning of Feb to chack that things were on course to be told that 'we are having problems fitting it into our service schedule'. I said that it was not my problem and the fact that my van was sat in their yard since Sept then it should have been first in the queue for its service. The usual vague promises were then made. A couple of days later their Service Manager rang to update me on progress, or lack off in this case. I got more waffle about the guy who does their paint spraying being very busy and they were having problems fitting my van in. Again vague promises have been made promising me my van would be complete by 25th Feb. They have now lost any future sales to me for obvious reasons. I have seen a few reviews about how the service was brilliant. Having been stood at their service desk when customers have come in, I think it's a case of 'not what you know, but who' in many cases. They have lost any future sales to me because of their bad service.UPDATE : I have calmed down a lot since I wrote that review. I had my van returned in pristine condition accompanied with profound apologies. Having received good sales service previously I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and have purchased another new van from Broad Lane since then. read more
