Last Friday, a huge branch from one of them narrowly missed our house, leaving a dangerously damaged top that could have fallen on our or our neighbor's home. We called Robinson Tree Service on Saturday. Within 30 minutes they came out, assessed the damage, and gave us an incredibly fair quote, including for a few other trees we'll need removed soon. By Wednesday, another wind storm was in the forecast and we were panicking. Even though they were busy, Robinson Tree Service showed up late in their shift and safely took down the damaged tree before the storm hit that night. Then they didn't show up the next day when they were supposed to.They also never called to let me know why, I had to call them. When I called to find out why, I was told that it was too much work for the amount of money they were going to charge me and they wanted no part of it. We spent some time visiting, maybe 10 minutes, and as we got in our car they began working again. It wasn't until we drove away that I realized they had stopped their work to give us quiet and respect. The quote in writing with proof of insurance was emailed within an hour of Dextre's first visit. Time for removal was established and kept as promised.
