horrible wedding experience. my ceremony was in a barn. the proposal stated that the 3 windows in the barn would be designed in and around. she came and did one small low hanging floral install and then snuck out when she was done. when I text her about it she said the proposal was solely for inspiration. We had communication all leading up to my wedding and she totally disregarded that. She was booked for my wedding date and came the night before. no problem. But I think she over booked herself and I got just whatever and the short end of the stick. No response to my emails. I feel tricked.
Part of my email for more clarification:
I asked to keep a neutral and white color pallet but somehow pink got in there. I even sent over the color pallet to stick to. Realistically this wasn't a big deal. But I think you forgot about our conversations and it was a rush job. Based on what you sent me I was under the assumption there would be greenery around all of the windows. Even if it wasn't a lot.
In the proposal: hanging instillation foliage and trailing greenery. windows 2 , growing foliage and Trailing flora. Usually when one reads this that means a hanging instal and the other 2 windows will have growing foliage and trailing flora. There was no foliage and trailing flora. This part was not there. The hanging instillation did not lead into anything there was no growing foliage and trailing flora or drapery. I feel like I was just given whatever and no care or attention was paid to this. Like "oh whatever this will work" I trusted you with this project and it was so disappointing. I feel bamboozled. This also wasn't cheap but I would have paid more if you would have reached out and needed more money for what was wanted. Which was clearly told to you. I asked for The wow factor, greenery around the windows. Not one low hanging instal and 2 useless floor pots.
In order to avoid all this stress on my wedding I let it go for the time being but it's unfair and not right or good business practice. I feel tricked. To make sure I'm not crazy I showed this to numerous people and they all agree with me. read more
