Again I recorded the container decal # in the event I get charged overweight. Well of course I was. I called for a scale ticket and was sent one with my address but the wrong container #. I called dispatch and was told the weight station does not use container #'s. The Decal number has nothing to do with it. Why would the DOT and the DEP use container decal numbers but Mercer Group International of NJ not? Mercer Group is the fraudulent Scale ticket Eagle Dumpster sent me. I called Eagle numerous times but they kept to their story ad would not refund the fraudulent charge. The Dispatcher was not professional at all claiming the scales are correct. I have no doubt the scales are correct it is just not my container they weighed. I am contacting NJ Weights and measurements for an investigation. I'll forward my container decal # to them to prove my case. I have my first container decal number as well. Ill ask NJ Weights and Measures to check that Scale ticket too. Eagle probably owes me a refund on both. I've been ordering containers for 40 years mostly in the upstate region of NY and some companies are honest Eagle Container out of Pennington NJ ARBIZU INTERIOR CONST. INC. is not.
