No concern for a child in distress, no humanity -- just cold dismissal. My daughter broke down in tears as we walked out and said, "I don't like doctors." Imagine the trauma that comes from seeking help and being treated like you're nothing because of a $26 charge. What's worse? Their director had time to demand the $26 upfront, but refused to provide anything in writing or explain why. We were told we'd have to wait until Monday for answers -- but denying a child care on a Saturday? Shameful doesn't even begin to cover it. Springfield Urgent Care, you are not about health.
