We returned November 2025 to purchase our Custom shoes, we placed order December 4th (shoes for my husband and pair of high boots for myself) waiting time was 2-3 months. When i contact Jose Maria on March asking for a tracking number, he mention that my order was order was lost and he need it me to send him all our information to his wife which i did. Week later their excuse was the shoemaker was sick, weeks passed and they stop replying my texts.
So unfortunately we never received our shoes, we were exited to have our own custom shoes and we travel to Spain to do it.
I can said my experience was very bad.
