We gave this company a chance to make it right with us after the behavior of their bartender at our wedding. If you don't stand behind your service, don't be in this industry. Very disappointed in owners Monesha and Brittani. Go with a company that may cost you a little more but worth saving you headache and stress of arguing with management when they messed up. read more

First, I would like to say this review is based on the interaction with the owners and their bartender, not their super amazing servers and server captain. (For what that is worth) Got married this weekend and hired them for the event. It was a super intimate affair. We knew all of the guests and didn't allow "plus ones" because the venue was the backyard of my wife's mothers house. Everything was going off without a hitch. Perfect service! Until of course, one of our guests was extremely intoxicated. My wife asked the bartender to stop serving him. The bartender then told the guest "the bride cut you off" which lead to her being harassed by drunk guest the rest of the night. It was unprofessional of the bartender to word it that way but again not the worst thing in the world. It was later in the evening when we noticed a woman we didn't know standing with the bartender. This person who was obviously not a staff member and also we didn't know her. I went to the bartender to thank him for working the event when the woman said "Hey sorry I'm crashing your wedding!" She then explained that the bartender was her boyfriend. I didn't say anything because I honestly was on a high from the day of marrying my favorite person. The bartenders girlfriend stayed with him the rest of the night even after the rest of the staff and guests went home. Is this okay? I couldn't invite some of my close friends to the wedding because we didn't have the space and the bartender can serve and have his girlfriend as his guest? Not cool. The next morning we called Britmo to thank them for the incredible servers and tell them about the bartender situation. I thought it would help them moving forward to address this girlfriend crashing and the proper way to not serve an intoxicated guest. They were both talking over each other telling us "well we still have to pay him" and blaming us for tipping him,even though we had done so before the event. Also saying the bartender is not a bouncer so he shouldn't have to tell his girlfriend to go home while he's working. It was such a mess. Wasn't going to leave a review because well it's done and over. Servers were great. It was the way my wife and I were treated by the owners on the phone call that leads me to think you should be warned about this company. They obviously don't stand behind the quality of who they hire or really care about your experience with them. read more

I can't say enough good things about BritMo and their staff! I've used BritMo for security, bartending AND staffing on several separate occasions and they have never disappointed. Brittany and Manisha, the owners, are so great to work with. It feels like we've known each other forever even though we only met a few months ago! BritMo has been a fun company to work for! You feel like you're part of their "family". Brittani and Monisha are very responsive to questions from new employees (and regular ones too). They don't discriminate and will hire anyone who likes people and willing to work hard. It concerns me that a past customer made a comment about the handling of their intoxicated wedding guest in a yelp review. We try to maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients but it becomes difficult when they become physical with us. Those situations are handed over to their wedding planner/consultant. We have had to be honest about situations with guests when circumstances were beyond our control. read more

This company was one of the best I've ever seen! My friends business recently had their VIP appreciation day at the Huntington Beach Air Show. They had decided on BritMo to cater because of the great reviews they had received from the last Air Show. As you know if you've ever been to one of these shows, you know there are thousands of people who attend; BritMo's staff were really on top of it; making sure that everyone & everything went as smoothly as possible. Their entire staff, servers, bartenders & runners just to name a few were flawless & the food that her father provided from his on catering establishment was DELICIOUS! I most recently hired Amanda and Jessica from BritMo on the recommendation of friends who entertain frequently. I will never look anywhere else to hire servers for my gatherings, whether I have a few or many guests. First of all, they are prompt and nicely dressed. They are intelligent (not the case with other companies) and able to read and follow instructions without constant supervision from me. They are experienced, so they automatically refill glasses, clear used plates, offer appetizers, take things in and out of the oven, and do the stuff that needs to be done. They are friendly and personable, making guests feel welcome and allowing me to have fun at my own party. Stress? Gone! They will do anything you need to have done to ensure a successful event. I had yet to make my bed when they first arrived, so they pitched in to do the chore. My cake from the bakery needed to have flower decorations placed on it, so Jess took over and made it look beautiful.I had typed up my menu and the final preparation details before serving, so they made sure that everything was plated and looked beautiful for the buffet. I was busy with the photographer just before time for the toast, so they poured champagne and sparkling cider and made sure every guest was ready to toast the bride and groom. This is my third time using BritMo, but the first time I have written a review. I won't look elsewhere for help, and I thought it was about time I let Yelp readers know about BritMo! read more
