I had my car serviced full in July 2019, my changr break fluid light came on in December 2019, I was busy and on 29.01.2020 phoned to ask if they were busy and the young lad told me its steady. I got there and a lady customer had to say it's my real hair as she pulled them because he was staring at her head. My turn, I explained the problem and asked should this happen and he said no if service was done in July. He told me it will cost and didn't want to argue and I said ok can you change fluid and he said no because we only have 1 mechanic asked why he didn't tell me this on the phone. I told him I had a waste of trip and he should have said when I phoned. After this he was nothing but rude, said he is not a mind reader and not even an apology.
