I strongly recommended to AVOID dealing with this company…read more I have provided a jacket to this firm that was 2 weeks old and had some dirt marks on it due being swiped across a dirty surface. I went to collect the jacket and it was given to me with large navy stains on the body and pockets of the jacket. The jacket is totally ruined and unsalvageable. I asked them to resolve this to which they said that its not their fault as I gave them the jacket to dry clean and apparently (although they have not shown me) they say the jacket says do not dry-clean on the care label. I questioned if they were aware of this prior to cleaning this to which they confirmed they were but still decided to proceed under these circumstances without informing me. They stated they've been in business for 30 years however the clear negligence and poor mannerism I have been faced with by the Owner ("Mr Hussien") whom does not wish to give his actual name has caused me to raise a Claim against the company via Northampton County Court for the jacket. My personal recommendation is that you do not use this firm at all costs, my experience has been substandard but to be met with a totally unprofessional with a strong tone of arrogance has really amplified the experience. I will ensure to bring justice to this firm and create a strong awareness in the community of the lack of due care and attention that this business makes while providing a paid service, allowing people to make an informed decision whether they should trust such a firm.
