The doctors and psychologists have been lovely, knowledgable and professional in my experience, however, the reception staff have absolutely awful customer service skills. The receptionists look at your session notes, they are rude and unhelpful on the phone and via email. They will hang up on clients, and refuse to take responsibility for basic roles of their JOBS, while expecting clients to tip-toe around their contradictory and confusing information and rules. For a business that has a vulnerable customer base, the management of these suites is very disappointing, not to mention dangerous. They will be aggressive and rude to your other doctors and other members of your support team, and prevent you from getting care even when you need it most. Do better. read more
