Working with Isabelle was a tremendous experience. It truly was hard work, but things of value usually take a lot of effort. She has a thoughtful and structured process that helped me uncover my personal values, motivators and many other insights. These are the kinds of things that are usually 'hiding in plain sight' and difficult for most of us to see on our own. Before working with Isabelle, I had been in the same industry for over 30 years and had mostly enjoyed it but the need for a change confronted me rather abruptly. I had zero plan for what I might do next and felt quite a bit of anxiety and trepidation. After working with Isabelle for several months, I gained a clear picture of what would and would not be a good fit for me, work-wise. Importantly, before starting with Isabelle, myself and those around me had lots of ideas for next moves that seemed like 'naturals.' But it quickly became clear that most of these ideas would have been a dead-end for me in terms of enjoyment and fulfilment. For me, having the ability to move forward in life with a vision and with confidence has been priceless. The bottom line: life is short and if you don't want to squander part of yours by going down a suboptimal path, I really recommend putting in the work with Isabelle. It is definitely worth it! read more

Working with Isabelle has quite literally been life changing. After a 23-year career in Project/Product Management, I was burnt out and didn't know what to do next. I wanted to find a new career direction but didn't have the first clue how to do so. During my first consultation call with Isabelle, she just reached me on a deep personal level I was not expecting. Over a 4-month period, I completed a group course with Isabelle that allowed me to discover my 'authentic self' and truly discover what work I'm passionate about and what values drive me. Long story short, Isabelle's course helped me see bad behaviors I had been perpetuating for years, and learn to appreciate the things that motivate/drive me. With Isabelle's guidance and wisdom, I am now on the path to the career of my dreams that I'm excited to have for the next 25 years. To say Isabelle's work is life changing, is an understatement! read more

Before working with Isabelle, I spent more than 18 years being unhappy at work, regularly changing jobs and/or companies every 2-3 years, changing countries, relocating to Sweden at some point, then back to France, and finally to California. Always changing external factors, never any internal ones. Eventually, I came to realize that something was actually wrong with me and my career path, but I could not quite nail it. Was I the problem? Was it my job? Or both? If so, what should I do? How? Wasn't it too late already? I was totally aware there was "a problem", but no way to solve it without understanding what the problem actually was. I was totally lost and dangerously burning out, struggling with growing anxiety crisis and insomnias. I met Isabelle at one of her General Assembly workshops in SF in late 2019. I immediately liked her approach and fully related to her own story of a bold career change. I loved the fact that she walked the talk, learnt from it, studied hard and developed her own methodology, a perfect mix of academic psychology tools and meditative approach. Also, I clearly felt she deeply cares, she is passionate, she genuinely wants to help others suffering, stuck in the same situation as she once was. And she absolutely proved it at every step of our coaching journey. She is not in for the money; she is in to help people find the strength to change. Not to change who you are, but to change your career path. To unlearn who you believed you were because of decades of social pressure, family pressure, ego, toxic indicators of success etc. To re-assess who you really are: your unique personality, your strengths, your qualities, your true values, your true passions and interests, what you really need and what you should absolutely avoid. Without Isabelle's support, I would have probably been stuck forever in the same vicious cycle. Thanks to her support, I am now 100% clear on who I really am and what I should do next to live a fulfilled professional and personal life. And I can't thank her enough for that! read more

Isabelle possesses a sense of calm that is inviting and helpful when you are at a crossroads in your career and life. After 20 years of climbing the ladder, feeling exhausted, and not feeling appreciated. I was mentally done with no idea what to do. I hired a few career coaches, that didn't help. BUT --- Then, I found Isabelle or should I say "she found me". Isabelle was my guiding light to finding me. I have enjoyed every conversation, exercise, and bits of wisdom she provides. She truly helped me, understand me, that authentic me, what makes me happy, me. I now approach opportunities with a different view. Even my family and friends say they can see the happiness drive in what I do. I highly recommend Isabelle. It is an investment, but it is worth it. She is truly doing what she was born to do. ;) read more

I really enjoyed working with Isabelle. I thought she was very thoughtful, probing, and helped me think through changes in my professional career. We worked together for probably 8 months, and I feel much clearer on my professional trajectory after working together. I thought she was very empathetic & made me feel comfortable in our conversations. We talked about a lot of stuff, and I think she did a good job of creating a safe + enjoyable environment for the whole process. I really liked her & will probably continue working with her in some capacity in the future. read more

Before I started working with Isabelle, I had been going through a career crisis of existential proportions. After being caught in a 20-year corporate career path that had led me to all the "success" I was supposed to want (executive title, $$$, prestige), I felt burned out, afraid, unfulfilled and quite frankly, desperate. I was referred to Isabelle by another coach that I knew and confided in. I started working with Isabelle immediately because her speciality and expertise seemed to line up exactly with what I needed. I didn't know exactly what the program was going to entail, but I took a leap of faith and committed to the investment and the process. I knew that if I didn't, I would continue down the path of pain without the real insights and action plan that I needed to put myself on the right track once and for all. Yes, Isabelle's program did ask me to complete homework each week that took 1-3 hours- in addition to the coaching sessions- but THIS IS THE WORK that I had been resisting doing for so long. The inventories, visualizations, and inquiries are so important to stir up the energy that ultimately catalyzes massive changes in your life. I learned so much about myself- but this is not surface stuff. You go deep and you unearth fears, dreams, blocks and desires that are uniquely YOURS. Isabelle guided me compassionately along my journey through her program- which over the course of 6 months led to a chain of events that resulted in starting a real estate investment business, being let go peacefully from my corporate job, and a contract consulting opportunity literally landing on my doorstep to replace my income. I had finally declared that I wanted to be my own boss, and the Universe delivered exactly that- with surprisingly little effort once I got clear. I believe that the real effort was actually in the personal work of finding what was important to me and what gifts I could bring to the world. The rest just fell into place, so to speak. No, my journey is not "complete"- but I feel like I am already worlds away from where I was in my prison just a year ago. This process is not for the faint of heart- it will ask things of you that will take you out of your comfort zone- but make no mistake- it is the way. Isabelle has an empathetic, yet professional manner and an energy which gives you the confidence to walk the path, name and face your fears, and she helps you feel like you are "normal", even if you feel like you're not. It is a ballsy thing, to decide that you want to take a different path in life and go against the grain of what "you're supposed to do". And an even ballsier thing to ask for help. But for those who are willing to take the risk of self-discovery and vulnerability, you will find that Isabelle and the Universe together will deliver something amazing that you never could have imagined on your own. DO IT and you will not be sorry!!! Final note: there is a recent negative review here for Isabelle's services- all I can say is don't be dissuaded. At the end of the day, a coaching relationship is a two-way street. Also, there are times in life where a relationship just is not an energetic fit. Follow your intuition rather than one client's opinion. read more

While I've had a successful career in marketing, as I reached a milestone birthday, I started to think about what my encore career could look like. I searched for a coach and Isabelle caught my eye because she is clearly very focused on helping people find their true calling. And that's exactly what I want for my next career. We worked together in her six month program and I couldn't be more happy with the results. It had been a long time since I stepped away and really focused on my values and strengths and also took the time to brainstorm ideas that I could imagine for myself if I didn't have anything holding me back. Isabelle was such an incredible guide on this journey and created space for all of it. I've now narrowed down my list of ideas for my next career and have some very clear next steps as well. I highly recommend Isabelle if you are committed to finding a career that energizes and excites you. read more

Signing up for Isabelle's workshop @ General Assembly (Career Shift: Find Work You Love) was a much-needed way to gut-check what's currently going on in my freelance career. Her work is thoughtful, supportive, and her exercises and tools are applicable to anyone at any time. She creates a safe space to explore and working with Isabelle is like having a champion, teacher, and self-advocate all at once. Isabelle walks the talk and is clearly living out her professional and personal dreams. She is passionate, inquisitive and ready to dig in and invest her energy in you and your needs. read more

Working with Isabelle Peyrichoux, founder of Brilliant Seeds, was absolutely the WORST experience I have had in a paid coaching environment. It was traumatic and I felt completely hustled. She clearly did not have the business integrity that she promised in our initial consultation. Specifically, she requested an upfront fee of $1700 for services and another $900 for a program that she did not develop. When I expressed vulnerability in communicating what I felt was holding me back professionally, she was unconstructive, judgemental, and completely lacked empathy. I found her to be cold and self-entitled. She had no concern for my experience(s) or goals and acted as though she was doing me a favor. I requested a refund after only 2 sessions and she refused to refund the $1700. I considered suing her but needed to move on because of competing priorities. I strongly recommend that anyone in need of coaching look elsewhere. While some people may claim to have benefited, I suspect it is a bunch of Karen's and Becky's who are much like Isabelle that validate each other and do not hold Isabelle accountable. I do not usually write negative reviews unless my experience was uncomfortable or highly concerning for the well-being of others. I typically share when I have an exemplary experience or as in the case of Brilliant Seeds and Isabelle Peyrichoux, I completely regret the encounter. read more

I found Isabelle's class in a pivotal time of my career when I was doubting whether I'm in the right place, on the right path or even in the right profession. Her energetic style and passion for helping people and reaching really deep really spoke to me. I felt that she is the right teacher for me. Throughout Isabelle's workshop, I spent numerous hours peeling off the layers of self-doubt, confusion and conditioning. Her choice of reading materials, guided meditations, visualizations and team exercises helped me gain clarity about the aspects of work that make me happy and successful. She has a unique gift of guiding her students through blockages without imposing her opinions on them. I highly recommend Isabelle's workshop for anyone who needs a career reset or just needs a fresh, authentic perspective on all things related to vocation. It was truly the work of love. read more

Isabelle is a gentle soul with a huge heart. She cares deeply and tunes into her clients and their needs with a laser focus. When I initially contacted Isabelle, I was truly blocked about how to proceed with my future retirement goals. The waters were muddy and the crystal ball was cloudy. Isabelle was very responsive to my inquiry and informed me there was "homework" and the work required a pretty significant time commitment. I was undeterred. I found that Isabelle's cheerful and positive demeanor and her coursework relentlessly pushed me to confront my own demons and clear the paths that were cluttered with the debris of my negative thinking. After the first couple of sessions with a teleconferencing group call, I realized what she said was true. At times it seemed like I would be unable to hang in there and do all the work necessary to effect a change in my thinking. Truthfully, I had some doubts about the process and the amount of time necessary to do the work. It was a daunting task at times. However, I found the group and individual sessions proved to chip away at my resistance. I had no idea how resistive I was to change! There were also times that we worked on some personal issues that were also cluttering my consciousness and making it difficult to look too deeply into the future. Her blend of life coaching and therapeutic style proved extremely effective in helping me move through to a new level of thinking about myself and my career goals. Learning about my personality style, which was totally different than a psychotherapeutic model, was an eye-opener for me. Coming from a Psych back round, I thought I knew everything I needed to know about myself in order to function effectively and successfully in the world. I was not informed about the different personality types which were unpacked for us in the training. There was such a relief finding out that to be who I am meant to be, is a function of my personality type. This teaching states that I was born this way and shouldn't try to change my innate way of seeing the world. I had never had these aspects explained to me in this way. It was truly illuminating and supportive. Instead of being critical of my personality style, I learned to embrace who I am and work within those parameters. This coursework isn't cheap, but it's definitely worth the investment if you truly want to make the necessary changes in your life's work that will eventually bring you greater life satisfaction. From my school years I struggled what do to job wise. I had a passion but my limiting self belief brought me too far apart from it so I even started to question my abilities. A lot of negative self believes and fixated mind took me to the jobs that I was doing for need not for knowledge or growth. Isabelle helped me to get to know myself better, my desires and aspirations. Although I'm figuring out the path as I go, I'm no longer guided by my head but rather my intuition. It feels free and liberating . Thank you! read more

Working with Isabelle has proven one of the best investments I've made in myself, ever. While I've worked for a wonderful company for almost 10 years, with lots of opportunity, I haven't felt fulfilled for quite a long time. I felt adrift, without direction, and really started to question what it was I actually want to do. A friend and fellow career coach suggested Isabelle. On our consultation call, we had an immediate connection. As we talked through my experience, where I was coming from, I knew she was the right person to get me through this ambiguity, and help me arrive at my authentic self. I opted for the combined group and one-on-one session option. Everything done over the course of the class builds on itself: homework done on our own, group calls and workshops, and then one-on-one sessions with Isabelle. Often, the homework was challenging, requiring hours of dedicated time over the week to work through and dig deep to find the real answers. We'd reference our homework in class, often breaking out into smaller groups to do additional activities. Over the course, we got to know our fellow classmates, giving and receiving feedback, helping each other throughout the process. The additional perspectives were an unexpected bonus for me, and greatly appreciated. My biggest breakthroughs happened during our one-on-one calls. Isabelle is a deeply caring, intuitive, and nurturing coach with a unique approach - she has this way of calling you out in a loving and empathetic way that makes you step back and reassess, but without any judgement. One of the biggest breakthroughs was learning how to sit with my emotions, really feel them, and then realize I had the answers within myself all along. I have so much clarity about myself now - I really know who I am, like who I am, and understand myself on a much deeper level. I know what I want to do, and I've developed my timeline for achieving it. To think back to how lost and confused I was at the beginning of the year compared to now, I can't believe how much I've grown. I don't even recognize the woman I was four months ago. I am thankful I trusted the approach and stuck with it. Most of all, I am grateful for Isabelle and her process. read more

This year presented me with a career transition opportunity. But I wasn't sure how to start, let alone gain momentum in my search for the next thing. I needed help to find a direction, and frankly, a place to begin. I know what I like, and don't like. But how to efficiently channel that into results? Isabelle is adept at helping someone hone in on the skills, tasks, habits, that come most naturally, that takes no effort because it's so a part of you, and translating these ideas into a purpose. After working with Isabelle, aspects of my authentic self are corralled into a concrete list I can refer to whenever I contemplate a next move. Isabelle is caring, non-judgmental; her wish to see her clients succeed is palpable. Thank you, Isabelle! read more

Like so many others, I lost my job in 2020. After I picked myself up and dusted myself off, I started looking for a new job. But I quickly realized, I didn't really know what I wanted to do. I wasn't happy in my last job, and it had been YEARS since I had had a job that I found truly fulfilling. So I thought it would be a good time to work with a career coach. I took my time and "interviewed" several different coaches. When I came across a video of Isabelle talking about your work needing to align with your core values in order to be happy and fulfilled in your career, I got really excited and I knew I had found the right person! That made so much sense to me. And explained a lot about why I had felt stuck in my career for so many years. After doing a free session with Isabelle, I was even more convinced. She had a smart, thought out process which was also important to me. A lot of the other coaches I spoke with were a little too "free form" for me. I really appreciated that Isabelle had developed a process that took me on a deep dive into uncovering and understanding my true values and strengths. We all have some idea of what's important to us and what we are good at, but through this process I also learned some new things about myself. As Isabelle and I got started, I also really appreciated her energy (she was always cheering me on), her compassion and guidance and her reminding me to find and listen to my intuition. It was a lot of work, but so worth it! And I knew going into it that this was going to be an extensive process and the more I put into it, the more I would get out of it. Since completing my program with Isabelle, I have made a decision to pursue an entirely new career (I am starting a health coach certification program this summer) AND my husband and I are moving across country to be closer to family (which aligns with the value I place on family). And Isabelle played a major role in that. Thanks to her and her process, I no longer feel stuck, overwhelmed and lost. I feel more optimistic and excited about the future than ever before (and that's during a pandemic!). I can't thank Isabelle enough for her guidance and expertise. She was an absolute joy to work with and I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity. So excited to see what the next chapter has in store for me. read more

I met Isabelle through a workshop at General Assembly. Isabelle is more about professional development; her goal is to help you better understand yourself and what drives you at your core, and how to translate these goals into action. 4-stars because she helped me achieve my goal of gaining clarity and confidence in my career goals. The 5th-star because of the compassion, empathy, and heart that she puts into the relationship. read more

Isabelle is brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. I was having some confusion about which direction to take in my career path and so I reached out to Isabelle for guidance. In our initial complimentary breakthrough session, her questions were so piercing, thorough and clarifying that I came away from the session realizing that I was actually *completely clear* on which direction I needed to go and which next steps to take. So clear, in fact, that I didn't need to work with her further. I have never received that kind of value from a single coaching session. This woman is a ninja. Also, she was completely honest with me at the end of our session in that considering my alarming clarity within the span of an hour, she didn't see how she could help me further. There was no trying to upsell or push me into a package that wasn't a perfect fit. Her integrity is impeccable and her desire to serve first and foremost is palpable. (Just as a disclaimer, I had done a lot of deep personal work prior to meeting with Isabelle which is likely part of the reason the clarity came so quickly for me - but it was also definitely her adept skill at teasing out the essence of the issue that facilitated my epiphany. For those who need a deeper dive, I have no doubt that her longer-term program is completely worth the investment.) read more

After years of struggling to feel fulfilled at work, of rationalizing and scaring myself into staying safe and doing work I was good at but didn't love, I finally decided to try coaching. I felt some doubt that this would "work", but I was hopeful and willing to work hard. My goal was to identify a career where I could be my full self and live out my life purpose every day. I was open to anything. After about 8 months of coaching, I'm proud to report that I have fully achieved my goal. I'm off to a running start on pursuing a new career that I know I will love. I know I will love it because it aligns with who I am at the core. I didn't expect that I could make a change this big without being crippled by doubt, but I am. And it's awesome. I know myself so much better now. I can finally, clearly articulate who I am and what I want. Going through Isabelle's process has equipped me with powerful tools. I now have a structured understanding of myself to use as a basis to make all of my future decisions. I'm no longer living reactively, and I have a clear plan and vision of my future. I feel motivated and inspired to dream again. It's hard to imagine myself as the burned out cynic I once was. Isabelle wears her passion for her work on her sleeve. I felt her commitment and earnestness from the beginning. Her energy can at times be fun and celebratory and also intense and deep. I enjoyed my sessions with her and felt real movement within myself during and after each one. I highly recommend Isabelle if my story resonates with yours. I was in a transition period where I did not know what my next steps were. She helped bring a lot of clarity in my life and helped guide me on my journey. There were consistent meetings to help keep me on track and goals and tasks to complete each week. I felt comfortable with her and was able to discuss my fears and concerns and work through them so they didn't prevent progress. I like the variety of methods that she uses to help you discover your true and and what really makes you happy. I definitely recommend her to anyone that needs guidance. Thanks Isabelle! read more

I came to Brilliant Seeds late in my career, after 30 years as a freelancer in the graphic design industry and making fine art, calligraphed commissioned pieces. I was feeling uninspired, with little forward momentum, and my income reflected this. I had wanted to move more toward making fine art (non-commissioned) but simply didn't feel confident that it was the right direction for me. Working with Isabelle involves quite a bit of homework--soul-searching, self-inventory, digging around for what truly excites you, identifying your talents and abilities, and uncovering all the bits and pieces that make up a career and life. I'd say the biggest gift I received from our work together, with all the required delving, was that I was able to fully acknowledge that I am essentially a maker of things--be it fine art, design, or music. I no longer feel the need to second guess what I should be doing, and have embraced and accepted my true nature as an artist. And it was interesting to see that the personality assessment part of the work (an alt version of Myers-Briggs) led straight back to this conclusion. I am still in transition, moving from design into part-time fine art, but I have much more momentum in both fields and am moving forward with more ease and confidence. On a very practical level, Isabelle encouraged me to raise my rates substantially for the first time in many years. Instead of losing clients, I gained some, and just noted that in the first half of this year I have made more income than I did in all of last year! Most significantly, I have begun to put my art and design work out into the world more assertively and deliberately through social media and I'm getting wonderful feedback. I hadn't realized how shy and reserved I had been about it. Isabelle is very warm and encouraging and comes from a genuine place of nurturing, working as much on the spiritual, "heart" side of career coaching as on the practical step-by-step side. I very much appreciated this and it was an excellent fit for me. She is a true cheerleader, and very astute at identifying what is genuine and what is an inorganic "should" impulse. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with her. read more

I started working with Isabelle because I felt stuck in my career. Before I met with her I saw her video that describes how people try to match a career to their false self instead of their authentic self. This really resonated with me and absolutely described my previous struggles with trying to analyze and study my way in to a career path that made sense. Over a period of 5-6 months I worked with Isabelle to do the important foundational work in uncovering my authentic self. It's not a quick fix but a thorough one, she uses a number of techniques and tools to help you. As a result, I now have a better understanding of myself and my passions. I also am more aware of how to work with and beyond my inner critic. I am now working on a transition plan to do more of what I love and remove the "career clutter" from my life. I highly recommend working with Isabelle to uncover your authentic self. read more

I went to one of Isabelle's Find a Career You Love workshops, just to explore, and never expected to hire her for a longer engagement. As someone who is really introspective and has a lot of insight into my own thought processes, I figured I didn't need a coach and that it wouldn't be worth the money. Within a couple months, however, I was still struggling to 'land' somewhere in my decision making, and knew it was the time to have a partner in the process, or I'd just keep spinning forever. My subsequent months with Isabelle were hugely beneficial. I'm not someone who normally resonates with personality tests (just one of the exercises she uses), and was skeptical. But I trusted her, and did a freefall into her process - which incorporated so many tools for exploring my future. She's a beautiful combination of idealistic and practical. I liked that the idealistic part of her would help me think out of the box, while her background in tech and UX would assure me that she knew how to navigate the business world. I went to her knowing that I wanted to explore a future as a personal development coach, which was part of my reason for wanting to understand her process. Now that I'm doing that work, I'm even more impressed with her. I know many coaches now, and see that her process is amazingly thorough, professional, in-depth, and well thought out - much more so than most coaches. There's form to what she does with clients, but a feeling of being in the flow at the same time. It also can't be understated how moving it is to work with someone who is so passionate about what she does. She found her calling and loves the work. Her clients benefit from everything she brings. read more

I came to Isabelle at an extremely confusing and stressful point in my life (some would call it a "quarter-life crisis"). I had an amazing job at a large tech company that was sought after by many, and I was performing very well at work, but I found myself emotionally stressed out, sad, and apathetic, and could not figure out why. This negativity was seeping into other parts of my life, and I truly realized I needed to change when a friend flat out told me - "this just isn't you". Enter Isabelle. It was her immediate compassion for my situation that drew me to her. She came in with no judgements, and listened. It was apparent to the both of us by the end of our initial consultation that I had lost my sense of self; my strengths, my values, my purpose, what makes me tick. But Isabelle was able to see past my despair and had full faith in me and my potential, even from our initial session. With Isabelle's guidance and methodology, I was able to overcome career-oriented fears and gain a clear mindset to make decisions more easily so that I could make some huge life changes, which included quitting my job and moving to a new city. Through introspective exercises, readings, talks, and homework, Isabelle helped me re-discover my sense of self, and gain back the confidence that was buried down deep within. Once I figured out who I was again, I was able to realize why I was feeling so sad; my work and environment were conflicting with my "true self". Isabelle helped me see that there are multiple paths to success and that my strengths and talents could be a huge asset to many work environments. She helped me understand and accept that I hadn't failed; my work environment was just not aligned with my values, strengths, talents, and goals. She helped me see that there was hope and that I would be able to find my career match. Isabelle has developed a process that works, as long as you are willing to trust in her methods and put in work yourself. She's someone that you can easily talk to, but she's also much more than that; she helps you define clear goals for coaching and provides strategies to help you meet those goals. Through the process, I discovered a long-forgotten interest of mine, HR. After discovering my "true self" with Isabelle's help, I was armed with the confidence and poise to go after a career that would be fulfilling to me; i.e. a career that would be directly aligned with my strengths, talents, and values. As a direct result of my work with Isabelle, I was able to transition into a career in recruiting and HR at a startup - I feel so much better about the work I'm doing now and I'm seeing more professional (and personal!) success from the positivity and clear minded-ness I can now embody as a direct result from my work with Isabelle - my job as a whole feels easy to me, because I'm utilizing my natural abilities. Obviously, I highly recommend Isabelle as a career coach. She has helped me transition out of one the hardest spots in my life and come out on top. read more

Isabelle is great. I met Isabelle when I was very confused about my career/professional life. I was bored with my work. I tried taking classes that I think would help with my career but nothing really motivated me; which left me feeling bad about myself thinking that I am being lazy. I was also wondering if I should keep doing this "career" thing or just pursue something else completely. Then I saw a workshop about finding the work you love. I went and met Isabelle. I was hastened at first about signing up for the full counseling program, because I am used to thinking through things myself. But I decided maybe this time I needed help because it wasn't working. I am so glad I did it. She help me realize my dream, which I thought I did not have. She taught me that living your dream is a process. I do not need to drop everything I have now. I can start incorporating small parts of my dream job/life style to my current life until I think I am ready to take the leap. That really helped a lot and seem less daunting. Now I am not confused or stressed about the "career" thing anymore because I know I have a dream that I am working toward. read more

It's hard to describe how grateful I am for Isabelle's support and guidance over the past months. The process has been deeply personal and is not easy to explain in a Yelp review, but I want to share information that may help someone who is feeling as aimless and unmotivated as I was. Isabelle is the kind of person who makes you feel at ease, who motivates you and brings out the best in you. You can really trust her and open up to her. I had some very emotional sessions with her, and she has the ability to frame things in a positive and constructive light so that you walk away feeling like a great weight has been lifted off your shoulders and that anything is possible. The program she offers has enough structure to keep you focused on your career, but make no mistake: you are doing the work and you are making the decisions. She is not just going to give you an assessment test and a list of careers. You are responsible for taking the time to think about (and literally meditate on) what gives your life meaning. Like many things in life, what you get out of it depends very much on what you put into it. This has been a big investment in myself of both time and money, and it has given me the sort of strong foundation I was lacking. I am now working towards a goal that I believe in and that I'm excited and proud to tell others about, and I am overall much more confident in my own talents and abilities. read more

If you are looking to work with someone that can help you clarify your vision and 'what do you want to do in your career and beyond', Isabelle is a great career coach, full of resources and I strongly recommend her. I met her in a workshop she organized and I connected with her style very quickly. She is very focused, compassionate, non-judgmental, caring and very well organized. I truly like her approach on reconnecting with 'who you are' first, instead of focusing on finding an alternative activity/job. I've spent many years doubting about my career and I've never had a vision/plan B/calling. Through the process of working with Isabelle I've gained a lot of clarity about myself and what I truly care of and I've developed a vision of my life larger than the professional aspect that reflects who am I with more authenticity and that has brought a lot of peace of mind and trust to the process. We all have specific circumstances and different paths but Isabelle has the great ability to know how to navigate with you through the chaos and help bring clarity. I hope everyone can enjoy working with her as much as I did! read more

I have been struggling with my current career for the pas 10 years, changing job very often to avoid the trap of boredom. I also tried to find solutions on my own, attending various workshops, classes and even going back to school. But I always seemed to fall back into my vicious circle. And then, I met Isabelle. She was an acquaintance met via my husband's old job and I new she had found her true calling in career coaching. So I decided to check her business out and I'm really glad I took that step. Isabelle has the gentler, most compassionate and most skillful approach to career coaching! With various tools, including tests, a lot of empathy and a talent for adaptation, she managed to remind me of my inner strengths, my personality type and more. And the good thing is that it doesn't only apply to your professional life, but your personal life as well! I now know more about who I truly am and can use it skillfully with my new career, which is slowly but surely building itself up almost effortlessly. A good sign showing me that I'm on the right path! read more

Isabelle is fantastic. Her approach is sensitive, clear, and right to the core. She's incredibly empathetic and takes an interest in finding out who her client is, so that everything matches the client's core values and personality. She really values finding a career that is an expression of the deep authentic core of her clients, and she has the techniques and attention to go there. It might sound scary or daunting, but she's so wonderfully trustworthy, caring, insightful, engaged, alive...it makes all the process easy. If you're just interested in taking a computer test to see who you "should" be, she might not be the right fit...but if you're interested in living your life completely and having your career be an integrated, integral, expression of exactly who you really are, are looking for a real change, or have a fear that your dream might be too big for your to handle, Isabelle is the right person. I really can't recommend her enough. Go have a session! She's awesome! read more

Before starting to work with Isabelle, I spent over 5 years trying to figure out why my current job doesn't make me happy. Inside of me, I had a nagging feeling that there is something more to my career. I just couldn't figure out what that is and I couldn't explain why the everyday career coach couldn't help me. Isabelle held a workshop and in that workshop, she explained how we need to find our true self. Only then, we can find our true calling. As I worked with Isabelle, things just clicked. The exercises, the homework assignments, the discussions were so valuable to get me to where I am now. I gained confidence in myself, I discovered who I am as a person, and I saw the possibilities. It's still surreal how I went from despair and frustration to total clarity about my true calling. Once I figured out my path, there was no stopping me. I'm on a mission and every day I'm getting closer to making this dream a reality. Doors are opening for me every day, which is just another sign that I'm on the right path. I operate with strong and calm confidence. Everyone should work with Isabelle at some point in their life - she is not just a career/life coach. She is your mentor and guide to your better self. Because of her, I understand myself better and as such I'm a better person overall. read more

I highly recommend working with Isabelle if you really want to set off on your journey of self discovery--if you really want a clear vision of how you can best show up in the world. I met Isabelle a few years before I got laid off from my miserable job. I could tell at the time that she could provide me with some help to sort through what really matters to me in my life and career, but I didn't have the guts or the time to work with Isabelle until my career and my life really unraveled. I was at a place where I had NO IDEA what direction I wanted to go in with my life except that I was pretty sure I didn't want to head back onto the same train wreck of a job I had, even though it was very lucrative and I was pretty good at it. So, the process of planting Brilliant Seeds with Isabelle commenced. I like her process. It's very personal, but also systematic with some reading and homework assignments. In the early part of our process I enjoyed having specific homework assignments to focus on and complete. As things progressed, I began to have a much fuller sense of what really matters to me that was much bigger than simply getting a job. She uses a sort of meditative visioning technique to help me get in touch with what maters at my core, and then some homework assignments to help secure my vision in a creative way. Stuff came up that I hadn't really focused on in decades. It's amazing how things that were so meaningful to me sort of got lost along the way. I'm so grateful for Isabelle and so glad that I had the wherewithal to commit to this process. There's no way I could have predicted the way things have turned out. My goals at the beginning of this process were along the lines of finding something that I could devote myself to that would add real value, bring me satisfaction, and allow me to live in abundance. Also, to be able identify something within myself to use as a compass for aligning to work that is right for me. I think I've made significant progress in all these areas. read more

Isabelle profoundly changed my life. Before I met Isabelle, I felt completely lost. The best way I can describe the feeling is to quote David Foster Wallace: "the constant gnawing sense of having had, and lost, some infinite thing". I first met Isabelle at a workshop called, "Finding the Career You Love", and I knew if anyone could help me, it would be her. Once we started 1:1, I found her program to be amazing. You're fully engaged in an introspective process of discovering who you are at your core and what is your calling. It took a leap of faith and it was a financial investment, but when I reflect on where I was when I first called Isabelle to where I am now, it's like night and day. Once Isabelle helped reveal where my passions lie, I found a graduate program that I fell in love with, applied, and am happy to share that I was accepted and will be starting this fall! None of this would be possible without Isabelle. My life has completely changed because of her and I'm excited to start this new chapter! So if you're feeling a little lost. If waking up to a rainy Monday morning means having trouble getting out of bed. If you're questioning whether the world will be a better place because of you. Reach out to Isabelle. If you're open and ready for change, she can help you start living the life you imagined. :) read more

I highly recommend Isabelle. I am so happy that I worked with her. Isabelle is capable of really connecting with you. She really "hears" you and has a natural knack for empathy, compassion, and clarity. She never imposes her own ideas on you but helps you to get to know yourself better, what you like, what fits you, and what your calling is. She is super open-minded and the process really unfolds with ease in her presence. I think she is truly gifted at what she does. Working with Isabelle is like having a special cheerleader created just for you. Isabelle is a rare breed and a gift to the world. read more

I had a wonderful experience working with Isabelle. I feel that going through this coaching program has really equipped me with the tools to be more aware of what drives as a person. Isabelle is amazing. Her energy, enthusiasm and techniques/methods to find your calling are just what the doctor ordered!

Isabelle is a Universe-send. I serendipitously met her at a time when I needed it most, and she helped me with making some very difficult career choices that were in line with my true needs and not externally pressured ones. She also helped me make very deep and profound personal shifts through her empathetic and compassionate presence, thoughtfulness and advice. Her philosophy and process of identifying my authentic self has been an invaluable experience, and one that I think everyone should go through - the sooner the better. Isabelle has been a life changer for me, and I recommend her whole-heartedly to everyone. read more

I met Isabelle at a meetup for personal development and through our interaction there I knew that she was both passionate about what she did and truly believed in her process that could help fulfill anyone's career. While I was not looking to change career paths, I was still very interested in knowing my true self to help identify what it is I want to work towards in the long run and Isabelle was generous enough to give me a complimentary session in finding my authentic self. The session was wonderful and I was able to learn a lot about myself and what it is that I want to pursue in my life. I am now more motivated than before to pursue those skills and work towards a more fulfilling career. I know that in the future if I become indecisive again and need someone to help me get better direction, I would turn to Isabelle. read more

I attended a General Assembly class led by Isabelle about making a Career Shift. I didn't know what to expect going in and was feeling some doubt about the amount of help I would get from it. From the very first class exercise, I knew I was there for a reason. Her words really opened my mind to possibilities. I liked that she took the class through some mental/visualization exercises, and allowed us to share our visions, thoughts, doubts, etc. She listens and I can tell that she really cares about people. If you are struggling to find your career path, to find the work you love, or need the confidence to make moves towards your goals, Isabelle is someone I'd recommend meeting with :) . Merci, Isabelle! read more
