Although it isn't any of your business I have indeed left reviews for both of the other agents who preceded you in ignoring my request for a quote. In fact, I was on my other phone doing exactly what you suggested in calling Farmers directly about this sorry situation when you called, that's why I didn't answer. Funny how you expect me to answer your call immediately but can't answer any of mine. Oh, wait, you did, but only after I told you not to bother. See how that works? You may consider my voicemail "fractious" because it asked you not to bother calling me after a non response to my request for a quote, I consider it "appropriate". I also see how in your reply that you conveniently left out the fact that you did not respond to my first voicemail of 9:14 AM yet tried to make it look like you were on the ball, omissions of fact do constitute a lie... You also make mention of my "assigned agent" and "agent of record", I didn't assign anyone to be my agent, I only work with people who show a little gumption and who can respond in a manner that suggests that they care, at least a little. Of the five star reviews received on Google I'd really like to ask…read morethose people if they ever had to file a claim through Blue Sky; the answer is most likely "NO". At one point Blue Sky wrote my commercial policies as well as my homeowners and my parents homeowners, we were deeply entrenched with Blue Sky. When Hurricane Irma hit we lost the roof on our commercial property. The claim was taking forever and ultimately we had to hire an attorney and sue the insurance company in order to get resolution. The claim took over 2 years to settle. Robin and her team were completely MIA during this time. I feel very strongly that had she been more proactive and spoke on our behalf we would not have had to go through all the drama we did. This was a substantial claim, with a payout of over $500,000 and never a word from Blue Sky, Robyn and her team left us out to dry. If you want someone to take your money and make a commission from your business without doing anything in return Robyn and Blue Sky are exactly what you need.

Edith helped me with some preliminary information and scheduling our appointment with Michelle. Edith was very kind, caring, and professional and I really enjoyed our call!! The following week I spoke with Michelle, who gave me quotes and additional details regarding the policies. I also shared with her that we had some issues with our existing insurance company. I was waiting to see if they were going to resolve them first and if not, we would switch to State Farm. Michelle was absolutely wonderful!! She was very positive, enthusiastic, caring, professional, and very knowledgeable! And, she was very patient and didn't pressure me at all. It turned out that we weren't able to get resolution from the other insurance company and a few days later, I called Michelle back to setup our policies. After going to State Farm, All State, and a few other major places for homeowner's quotes, I decided to look up a broker and gave him a call. He got me insured through Metlife for a lot less than State Farm quoted me. We also switched our auto insurance over when he gave us a quote through Safeco that was half as much as we were paying with State Farm (he says Safeco is one of the cheapest major insurer in Chicago). Outside of the great rates he finds as a result of being a broker, his service is excellent. He's in Berwyn but I've never needed to go to his office. He's very on top of e-mail and on the phone and follows up on things... He gets me what I need when I need, makes good suggestions, etc.
