Edith helped me with some preliminary information and scheduling our appointment with Michelle. Edith was very kind, caring, and professional and I really enjoyed our call!! The following week I spoke with Michelle, who gave me quotes and additional details regarding the policies. I also shared with her that we had some issues with our existing insurance company. I was waiting to see if they were going to resolve them first and if not, we would switch to State Farm. Michelle was absolutely wonderful!! She was very positive, enthusiastic, caring, professional, and very knowledgeable! And, she was very patient and didn't pressure me at all. It turned out that we weren't able to get resolution from the other insurance company and a few days later, I called Michelle back to setup our policies. The process was very smooth, quick, and efficient and we did it all over the phone. Michelle invited my wife and me to visit the office (when we had an opportunity) to put the face to the voice. In fact, I was on my other phone doing exactly what you suggested in calling Farmers directly about this sorry situation when you called, that's why I didn't answer. Funny how you expect me to answer your call immediately but can't answer any of mine. Oh, wait, you did, but only after I told you not to bother. See how that works? You may consider my voicemail "fractious" because it asked you not to bother calling me after a non response to my request for a quote, I consider it "appropriate". I also see how in your reply that you conveniently left out the fact that you did not respond to my first voicemail of 9:14 AM yet tried to make it look like you were on the ball, omissions of fact do constitute a lie... You also make mention of my "assigned agent" and "agent of record", I didn't assign anyone to be my agent, I only work with people who show a little gumption and who can respond in a manner that suggests that they care, at least a little. I am actually a reasonable person but I do not waste my time with nor give my business to anyone who cannot respond to a simple request, after all, I'm trying to give away my hard earned money.
