They overmedicated her due to her dementia. They discharged her and she was back in the hospital within hours. After addressing all of the issues that were neglected, I did some research and found Clover. We live a distance and during our first round of choosing a rehab, we were given very little options due to COVID. The choices were limited. The discussions early on with the team at Clover were about feeding tubes and possibly Hospice care. Over the past month, not only is she eating, she is walking much better and is stronger as a result of their exceptional care. I only wish we had this as an option the first time around. There are no words to describe our gratitude for the care that they are giving her. They are treating her like family and also helping her to maintain her dignity while struggling with advanced dementia. I have worked in the senior care industry for over 20 years and I would be proud to work with the team at Clover.

Every doctor I've seen is concerned I have autoimmune hepatitis and this lady has the blood work she needs to diagnose it and keeps ordering tests that have NOTHING to do with my liver. They are just trying to make money. They need to be SHUT DOWN. They said they always make reminder calls THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THEY EVER CALLED ME. They said I have access to the portal because I updated my family history HOW IF I DONT EVEN HAVE FAMILY HISTORY BECAUSE I WAS IN FOSTER CARE AND HAVE NO FAMILY. These people are clueless & liars. As a person, he is an interesting combination of sincere, knowledgeable and honest. He only hires people who share those same traits. His service has made it possible for me to remain in my home, and hold a level of dignity that I was sure I would never have again. His personnel are reliable, knowledgeable in all the aspects that a good home caregiver would know, and willing to do what is necessary to keep you comfortable and safe in your home. Every experience I have had with Danny's people has been positive. They offer not only the physical assistance that one would expect, but they provide an interest in their patients' lives that one would only expect from a friend. I could attempt to list every good thing the employees and owner of October Home Care have done for me, but honestly I don't believe the internet has the bandwidth to contain it all. Drs. Perkins and Scalzo are great. Very friendly, easy to talk to and do nice work. I've only had one issue but this was 4 or 5 years ago (I'm guessing). When I was in the waiting room with several other people, we started talking about our appointment times - it was a rare time when things got backed up. There was a woman sitting there that said her appointment wasn't for another hour or two but she decided to come early. She actually wound up getting in before any of us with an appointment. I couldn't let that pass and had to ask what the point of having an appointment is if they were going to just let you come in and be seen whenever. I was definitely not alone in that thought process. But anyway, I think they got the point because as far as I know, it hasn't happened since.

I was missed diagnosed in a boot cast for over month with no diagnosis!!!! Told will get mri lies said was declined 3x!!! Received paper work from ins company office notes never sent!!!! Then told Dr was on hold over 45 min awaiting to talk to Dr for peer to peer. We'll, guess what !!!! Peer to peer are scheduled at a specific time!!! Just because they are close to home not worth copay or your time!!! Take the drive and go to practice that cares and will help you!!!! Since going there for possible Achilles tear now diagnosed with lymphocytic leukemia.
