I rearranged my schedule to make it work, only to be told the morning of the tour that the spot had already been given to someone else. At no point was I informed that the spot was being offered to multiple families or that it could be taken before my tour. If I had known, I would have acted faster or asked for an earlier tour. This lack of communication felt unprofessional and left me feeling misled and inconvenienced. Families deserve transparency when it comes to something as important as childcare spots.

The fact that you can enjoy watching your little one on the webcam all day is simply a bonus. The food and menu are great and the parents have access to the type of meals each day as well. The teachers don't hide anything and the supervisors are excellent people. They literally know all the names of the children from all the classes....that really says something about their involvement. My child isn't the most trusting or outgoing so it's SO nice to hear that she has favourite teachers, really connects with them and quite frankly sometimes doesn't want to come home with me. HA! The only negative thing I would have to say is the webcam quality. I had a lot of problems getting it to work, it doesn't work outside of explorer and the actual quality of the feed is not the best. You absolutely get the gist of what is going on and you can locate your child but the technology can be upgraded. I highly recommend this location in Milton. I suspect the other locations are run similarly as well and there are quite a few of them around the GTA so check out their website and go for a tour if you are looking for stress free daycare for your child!

Mrs. Wallis and Mrs. Leanne are the most friendly and down to earth people I have met. It is obvious they love what they do by the amazing crafts that come home. They planned a great field trip. There is a little concert at Christmas time for families. The best part is the outdoor space! The space is certainly a learning environment all on it's own. He transferred to JK with absolute ease I think because of the structure, routine, and enjoyable learning environment that the staff and parents at St. Christopher's provide. Our second is ready to graduate from his first year there. He was the one who would cry at the gate, but with patience and understanding, he now looks forward to school days. We are looking forward to another year that will not only enhance his skills but also prepare him for JK. The student to staff/parent ratio at St. Christopher's is unparalleled. We look forward to supporting the school for years to come.
