I took him in they told me to sneak out of the other door k went back in 16 minutes to give the gifts for Valentine's Day that they had instructed , I saw my son standing in the corner crying & being ignored . another little girl suckinb on shoes in a corner & one of the teachers arrived late & was on the phone the whole time , when I complained the head of the organization told me we act based of our knowleshe of the child ! they knew my son for 2 minutes ! they also made me pay for a whole month although he only attended for 20 minutes . be aware !

I find this place not worth the penny you pay them for. Some of the staff are great but i found…read moremanagement to be opportunistic, profit-centered and inconsiderate. The mississauga location itself felt claustrophobic and very confined. I ended up coughing up around a thousand more for services i did not get because i ended up pulling my child out for getting very ill (not center related though). I got very stern warnings about what they will do if i fail to pay as expected (inspite of pleas for consideration) and even withheld my tax receipt until i had given them all the money they said I owe. Now, a year after, they are giving me a hard time still getting my receipt. Not a very good experience for me. All i can say is NEVER AGAIN!
