Let's try an anology first. The reason 5 billion people line up outside Phil's BBQ every second of every day is because they love it. It sort of logically follows that Phil's is doing something right, even if you don't like the joint, and that's ok, too. The reason 99.99% of everyone who lives in San Elijo Hills speaks well of their neighborhood is not because they are mind-controlled. These thousands of real-live folks---with real-live jobs and real-live friends and real-live interests and real-live problems, too--actually have real-live reasons for loving it. But I completely understand if you are too busy or too simple minded or too cool for school to bother to find out why. On the other hand, if you don't love it, great! The neighborhood doesn't want or need you anyway. But, oh, what a wonderful Visitor Center it is!

Serri was an absolutely exceptional real estate agent, and we can't recommend her and her partner…read moreGeorge highly enough. We hired Serri to sell our five-acre property with an exceptional panoramic view, our beloved home, and from the very first walkthrough she was extremely professional and thorough. She inspected every bit of the home and grounds and immediately knew how to position it to meet our specific goal: a quick sale, at a strong price, with no lingering on the market and no price reductions. A previous agent had pitched our home as a retirement property, which never sat right with us. Serri saw it exactly as we did, as a family home, and priced and marketed it accordingly. She brought in her own staging team, photographer, and videographer (including drone footage), and recommended a handful of relatively small, inexpensive updates, including a fresh paint job. The return on those modest changes was remarkable. They made a huge difference in how the home showed and clearly helped drive up buyer interest and the final sale price. Serri and George held a single open house that brought in over 100 visitors, and within 48 hours we had two offers above our asking price, from a family with young children and another who was ready to start one. Both could clearly picture themselves living there. Serri and George managed every step of the process with great care and skill. We were also in the middle of an international move at the time, which made everything more stressful, and Serri and George took every worry off our plate. Whether you're buying, selling, or just need solid advice, Serri and George are fantastic, and we recommend them without hesitation.

Their knowledge of the market and ability to navigate tricky negotiations got us fantastic deals on both houses. What stood out most was the level of care and attention we received. I realize we're not their only clients, but you'd never know it. The white glove service made us feel like we were their top priority at every step. They are passionate about their business and genuinely care about their clients. We now consider them family friends. From the first time we met with her, we were impressed with her knowledge of the area and home sales in Escondido. I live out of state and Susan was very accommodating with meeting during my trips down and then arranging electronic signing for all the documentation required during the whole process. Giving five stars and a glowing review is simply not enough to express how happy we were to work…read morewith The GreenHouse team. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start. We were also out of state which made everything that much more difficult. I'm a big Yelp user and relied on the hundreds of other 5-star reviews to look for a real estate company. I was so impressed with Craig and Jesse from the start. The initial call was SO organized, thorough, and personal. Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. I was surprised my how much time and energy was invested before even signing any contracts with them. After meeting with a few different teams, we chose the GreenHouse Group and 100% stand by our decision! Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GreenHouse Group has a well-designed platform to track the home buying process--making it easy to see deadlines and to-dos. We worked with Craig for our Kick-Off Tour. The GHG evaluation system for homes captured everything important to consider when purchasing a home and we learned so much about what to look for when checking out a home. Craig was straight-up, incredibly knowledgable, and clearly looking out for our best interest. He took us to see quite a number of homes that day and even had snacks and waters to keep us going! Unexpectedly, and uncommonly, we found a home from that weekend's trip we wanted to put an offer on. Craig jumped right in and guided us through the 'make-an-offer' process. He worked incredibly hard to negotiate on our behalf and was able to coordinate inspections and video walk-throughs for us when we couldn't be physically present. We were always promptly and transparently well-informed and advised. We never felt pressured or persuaded to make any decisions. Craig and the GHG team presented the facts and gave recommendations based on 20+ years of company experience--always looking out for our best interest. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates. It was super fun when Jesse and Lori were already at the house when we arrived to pick up our keys--what a thoughtful surprise! To top it off, they came with a whole container of new home goodies and essentials for us to use while we settled in (and even had some for our dog!) The care box was super useful, especially when we didn't have any of our kitchen items yet! Even after the sale and getting our keys, the GHG team is still there to answer your questions and help you out--including a list of recommended contractors and other services you might need when moving into a new home. I'm sure I am forgetting something here, but needless to say, we 10/10 recommend the GreenHouse Group to anyone looking to buy (or sell!) a home. We have no regrets and could not have asked for a better team. Thank you GHG!
