The first time, it took them over three months to find a nanny -- far too long. I had to hire someone on my own just to return to school. Since I'd already paid a $500 deposit, I gave them a second chance after that nanny left for school herself. That's how we ended up here. We paid the full $7,597 fee. Within one week, the nanny they placed damaged our property and lied about it. We confirmed it on security footage and let her go immediately. The agency admitted the nanny didn't meet their own standards and promised to make things right. Instead of a refund, they offered two more candidates -- one ghosted us, and the other wanted a rate above our stated budget. We found a nanny on our own (again) and asked for a fair 80% refund. They refused -- offering just $3,000 only if we signed a non-disparagement agreement to keep quiet about our experience. They tried to buy my silence. Which makes you wonder -- how many other families have they silenced this way? Bottom Line: We paid nearly $8,000 for one week of broken trust, property damage, and zero accountability. Their "guarantee" doesn't offer real protection -- just more candidates, regardless of quality. Would I recommend them? One child kept falling asleep and falling to the ground on the walk back to campus. I know this because I chaperoned once or twice. I doubt they even told the child's mother. I told them that I did not want my son walking or attending any off campus trips. I was then told that I had to pick my son up during the time they would be out because they had no staffing to watch him. Why am I paying you money to watch my own child?! If you care about your child please do not send him/her here.
