As it turns out, my dizziness would best be addressed, most likely, by steroids for potential labyrinthitis (inflammation of the ear tubes) rather than other causes that could be addressed through physical therapy but Emily was the first clinician to take the time examining my symptoms and testing for various issues.

From 2012 - 2013 my…read moreexperiences with Dr. Wilbourn are as follows: Background: my ex-wife has a doctorate in Psychology and I am a 23+ year Army service member (still active). o Upon initial interview Dr. Wilbourn was late to my scheduled appointment. Once inside his office he informed me that he was exhausted from being in court all day, hands me a tape recorder, and then falls asleep. Hind sight I should have asked to reschedule. o Dr. Wilbourn held several sessions with my children and I in which he would watch us interact for about 5-10 minutes and then have me leave the room to ask my children questions. At the time my children were 7 & 9. o Requested that my ex-wife and I have 10 family and friends fill out character witness surveys (each). During the hearings these findings were never disclosed or used as reference. o Asked my children "baited" questions. o Stated that he supports the military and would spend half of the assigned counseling session (which I was paying for) talking about his excursions on wild game hunts. In conclusion, I am recording these statements now well after the court decided to allow my children to relocate out of state while I am still serving on active duty (against the Soldier/Sailor's Act). If you are assigned Dr. Wilbourn in the future please use caution.

I've been coming here for a couple of weeks with an old shoulder injury that's never gone away…read more I've worked with other physical therapists in the past, and even chiropractors, and no one was able to help beyond just throwing some ice on the area and doing basic stretches. Heather was able to figure out what was happening immediately and get to the root of it, and after only a few visits, my pain is completely gone. I can finally get back to my usual training in the gym, completely pain-free. I was blown away by the quality of their service, having been to many other PTs, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. This place is awesome!

With myself, no pmdd symptoms, a boost in energy and focus as well. Dr. Bob is knowledgeable and cares about how I'm feeling. I always have a great conversation with his wife as well. If I ever have breakthrough symptoms, I know I can call and get help. Their staff caught my high blood pressure which I treat now too. This is all out of pocket so, yes, pricey. You won't find an OBGYN or Primary doc that'll touch pellet therapy for women. He has never raised his prices or had a surprise fee so it's all given to you up front what to expect. I was not told that the first dose would not work, which would cost me another $370 to go in for another dose, as the dose they gave me wasn't enough. They did not care that I had ZERO symptom relief. They wanted me to shell out another $370 on top of the $1000+ I had already given them. I expected it in the next round three and a half months later, but not immediately afterward. I simply asked for what I paid for, and to not feel scammed. This is not good healthcare, this is healthcare that preys on people who are desperate and at their wit's end. Melissa who works there is very nice, but Barb will charge you the minute you walk in the door. I've never been to a more money-hungry doctor's office before. Now, I'm out $1K for absolutely nothing but a broken promise and a headache.
