I've tried different washing detergents even tried pods used 3 in the smallest washer which is two loads not one soap sud was in the washer after the wash and then the rinse cycle came. Once the cycles finished my clothes didn't even have a fresh scent like they were just washed in water without soap. I've notified staff in numerous of occasions and they want to argue it's not their machines it must be my detergent or this or that. Some staff has even provided me with soap powder to wash my load and it was better but never how I'm use to washing machines being at other laundry mats. Writing this review bc I have wasted time and money yet again giving them another chance. Never again. Time to find a new laundry mat

Though I only gave this place a 2, it's only because of the quality of the machines...not the "ambiance" that deserves a 3. Well, I drive up early in the morning, under the close scrutiny of 3 elderly ladies staring at me over the brim of their glasses. I took a deep breath and continued on...When you walk in there are lots of top loaders, and about 10 front loaders, all 1970-1980 models. SOMEBODY must be a machine repair man in the family, because those babies are the originals! But they were clean, free of someones hair, so it was fine. I got the "stare down" so much I ate my breakfast in the car. But they were NOT going to freeze me out while I waited for my clothes to dry! I picked up a dusty magazine and buried my head in it. The elderly ladies went about their folding & chatting, and after one of them left ,they chatted about her! Gossip will never ever go away. I nervously asked if one of them was the owner, and that seemed to break the ice. I got the friendly smile after I explained I am new to the area etc..etc...though this place is tucked in the corner, attached to a car wash, I'm glad I came. I felt safe, and honestly was glad there was not some Spanish speaking only network on the tv. It's not the fanciest place, but I bet it used to be the place to be...but that time has gone. I do wish I would have thought to connect a car wash to a clothes wash!! I'm sure it used to be a gold mine. Doesn't anyone sweep and dust anymore?? I remember having a business meant you took care of its appearance. Take a visit if you live in the area. It's better than alot of the other places.
