When I asked what "starting from $99" actually meant, or how a 50% discount resulted in $119, I could not get a clear or logical explanation despite asking several times.I am still curious what "starting" means, is that the price for one eye, or do they charge per lash? At one point, I was told the original price was $200, yet even that did not align with the discounted amount quoted. The lack of transparency, basic math consistency, and unprofessional customer service made me lose confidence in the business entirely.
