When I asked what "starting from $99" actually meant, or how a 50% discount resulted in $119, I could not get a clear or logical explanation despite asking several times.I am still curious what "starting" means, is that the price for one eye, or do they charge per lash? At one point, I was told the original price was $200, yet even that did not align with the discounted amount quoted. The lack of transparency, basic math consistency, and unprofessional customer service made me lose confidence in the business entirely. Based on this experience alone, I chose not to book an appointment. Clear pricing and respectful communication should be standard, and unfortunately, this interaction fell far short.
