If u want a sparkly modern looking school like Child Time than this school may not be for you…read more However, if you want a school that takes care of your child as if they are family you've come to the right place! My daughters time here has exceeded my expectations. First off, the school director is also the owner. Unlike most preschools I've experienced with my eldest child, rather than sitting in her office all day, she is hands on in every classroom with the children. I was very suprised that my toddler was so attached to her Preschool Director after only a few weeks. Secondly, everyone knows my daughters name and is always waving her down and saying hi to her as I'm walking through the hallway. I mean everyone. My daughter has a big smile on her face and waves back, even running and giving some of these people hugs. A lot of these people are not her direct teacher. I am so impressed that teachers and aids from other classrooms take the time to get to know my daughter enough to where my daughter obviously knows them and feels comfortable hugging them. I had full intentions of moving her to either Child Time or what I had initially perceived to be a "higher end" Christian Preschool when she was 2.5 yrs old. Needless to say, I've changed my mind. Those other preschools brag about their "curriculum" but the real bench marks your child needs to achieve during preschool years is play and positive, intimate, social interactions. I am not just happy with the curriculum, songs, and art my daughter is learning at Creative Kids, I am happy that she is excited about school everyday and in a place where she is truly receiving both love and structure from all of the faculty that comprise this great school.

After visiting 6 or 7 preschools, including other Kindercare schools, I chose Ontario Kindercare and have been pleased ever since. I selected this school because of the director, Miss Shauna. She is kind, understanding, patient and has high standards for the staff. So far, all of the teachers have been great to my child and I've always felt like they respected our feelings and valued our opinions. I feel safe leaving my child here and I'm grateful for the education the school provides. The tuition is pretty high, but they do provide assistance. Unfortunately (or should I say fortunately) we do not qualify for the fee reduction, however, I am willing to pay more because I know my child is being cared for and is learning. I do notice quite a bit of staff turnover but are some great teachers there like Miss Sylvia and Miss Matilda. As long as Miss Shauna is there I know my child is in good hands.

In the infant room, I didn't have many major concerns, although I did notice issues with cleanliness at times, as my son frequently came home sick with hand, foot, and mouth disease or other viral infections. Once he transitioned into the toddler class, my concerns increased. The environment often felt unorganized, with one teacher responsible for what seemed like a large group of around 15 children. Around 5:00 PM, older children were sometimes combined with the toddlers, which made me uncomfortable. My son had several incident reports, but when I asked for details, staff were often unsure of what happened, and in some cases, incident reports were not properly documented. There was also an instance where my son injured his lip and it reportedly took about 30 minutes for him to receive an ice pack, which was very concerning. On another occasion, he came home with sticks in his diaper, and there was even a time he came home with a black eye. Overall, I felt the facility was understaffed and that management did not adequately address staffing levels relative to the number of children enrolled. While the teachers did provide activities for the children, it was difficult for them to maintain consistent supervision with so many children and limited staff. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend this location.

So this review is long overdue on my part. The main thing…read moreis that my son absolutely loves this school and I do too. The 2nd main thing is thay Mrs. Ariana is by far the best teacher I have ever met and she is absolutely amazing. Ok now for a few more details...I originally started looking for a daycare about 2 years ago for my son who was a little over 1 year old at the time. I did a lot of research and looked at over 6 different ones. I eventually went with Tutor Time in Eastvale but Monty's was my 2nd choice. I 110% regret going with Tutor Time. If you want details as to why that school was so bad, look at my review on their page or private message me. Anywho, after taking my son out of Tutor Time, I revisited all the daycares I originally looked at and ended up enrolling my son at Montys. Not only was Montys way cheaper (almost half the price) than Tutor Time but within a few days my son was going to school smiling and no longer crying and clinging to my legs or his father's legs. My son is now in the 2 year old class and like I already said, his main teacher, Mrs. Ariana, is absolutely wonderful. You can tell she loves her job and really knows how to deal with all the kiddos. She is also really sweet and puts up with me texting her and asking about how my son is doing on a daily basis. The rest of the teachers also seem to be very nice and most importantly, my son is beyond happy there. The school is definitely a bit dated, and they don't offer a parent app like some school do but they offer a safe and happy environment for my son and that's all I care about. I would highly recommend this school and I the only regret I have is not going with them from the beginning.

When he first started he did have to adjust -- I'm assuming it's because of how big the class is in comparison to his previous daycare. But it didn't take long for him to blossom, all thanks to Ms. Tonja & Ms. Lorraine's class! Then he moved to Mrs. Jennifer & Mrs. Cassie's class the following year, and he absolutely loved it. When we had to travel during my husband's paternity leave to visit my parents in Asia, he kept asking when we'd go back because he'd missed his friends and teachers. We clearly see the genuine love that's poured towards the kids not only from the teachers, but also the staffs. Not only they remember each of the kids' names, they also give hugs (and stickers, ha) on the daily basis. The principal is also very involved, which we appreciated. Would highly recommend anyone to put their kids at CPCC-- it's worth the wait and every penny. Can't wait for the baby brother to join in a couple of years!

It was very obvious that both of the directors really loved children and were passionate about what they do, as they should be. My son's preschool teachers were also super sweet and kind. The facility itself is very clean and very child friendly. They have safety measures put in place to ensure that the children are well cared for and protected. I always felt that my son was in good hands when he was there. The curriculum is advanced and really good to help children learn and progress in their Preschool skills. They do chapel every week, it was so adorable to see all the little children in their matching T-shirts walk together. We ended up taking our son out of the program because it wasn't a good fit for him. I don't believe that it was any fault of the teachers, just rather the class size being a little bit too big for him at the time. The ratio for the three-year-olds was 11 kids to one teacher, with his class size being comprised of 22 students and two teachers. Once we moved to a smaller class size, our son did so much better. For the price of tuition (only slightly less than the mortgage on our home), I do feel that the class size is a little bit big, there are many other programs out there that are a lot less expensive and class sizes are significantly smaller. The public school system is now offering free preschool education and transitional kindergarten to all eligible 3 and 4 year old children in Chino and Ontario. Overall, it's a great program and for many kids and parents, it will be a wonderful experience.

I have a 4 year old daughter and a 2 yr old son. Both my kids have been at Heavenly Care since they were 3 months old. Today I had to give my notice to take them to another school because we are moving and I broke down crying. I love this place so much. If it wasn't so far from our new house I would have driven quite a bit out of the way to keep my kids here. In fact this place is currently a 15-20 min drive from my house and I gladly make the drive because my kids love it so much. I have known other parents who also drive pretty far to come here. Both of my kids excelled here. They did an amazing job helping to Potty train my daughter. By the time my kids were 18 months they could count to 10, sing their "ABCDs" (as my kids call it) and they knew all their shapes and colors. My 4 year old knows what a trapezoid and rumbus are... I didn't even know what a rumbus was until I saw my daughter teaching my 2 year old. Lol I can't say enough about this school. The teachers are all amazing. My kids still go back to the baby class and give hugs and say hi to the teachers in that class. My children formed serious bonds with these teachers. They talk about them at home and my kids have NEVER had a bad experience here. Even with my 2year old being a bit of a handful. These teachers truly care about my kids. They talk about their development and ask me questions about how we handle things at home or they give me advice as to what is working for them. They sing lots of songs, do lots of art, learn every day. At 2yrs and up they provide food. They are very accommodating of allergies or anything your kids need. My daughters best friends are at this school. I've even become close with the parents of the other kids and we go to birthday parties and have Disney play dates out side of school. I recommend this place 1,000 times over again for anyone looking for a preschool/daycare in the area.

I am a student studying child development-- how young brains develop and grow and what they need to do that best. It's like they took the textbook on how to make the best preschool and did the exact opposite. I only observed the two year old class for three hours, so I can't comment on much else. But my god. The kids weren't allowed to do anything. During nap time they were forced to lie down and not talk, and if you didn't want to nap, just stare at the walls, I guess. Even during snack, if you were done eating, you were not allowed to even get up from the table. There weren't even any toys outside OR inside! No shovels, no blocks, no stuffed animals, nothing. Half of the playground was made off limits because they dug a hole! A HOLE!!! With their hands because they're not allowed to have any play tools! They're so desperately hungry for any stimulation, a few of them just stared at a dead lizard outside of the fence for like ten minutes. I wish I was making this up. And because there is nothing to do, the kids pass the time by hitting each other and trying to get any attention from the teachers. With the place already understaffed, it's a nightmare. The most depressing thing is, this could all change in like two weeks of the director was willing to change at all. I spoke to some of the teachers, and they know exactly what is wrong, but can't do anything because Big Boss Up Top refuses to listen to anyone. I asked her why, and she told me "because they have to learn their ABCs." Micromanaging and stressing out your staff and students does not help them learn. Running a classroom like a meat farm does not teach them anything besides helplessness and frustration! Two and three year olds are supposed to be developing their independence at this age, but all of these kids were dead quiet and had no idea how to interact with anything.
