Unfortunately, the management and leadership from the principal/director created a very stressful and frustrating environment. Communication was inconsistent, concerns were not handled professionally, and there were multiple situations where information given to parents did not match what actually happened. The management style felt controlling and dismissive rather than supportive or transparent. I strongly believe the staff deserve better leadership because many of the teachers are clearly trying their best despite the environment they are working in. I would recommend that parents ask detailed questions about management practices and communication policies before enrolling their children.

I love that they use the Brightwheel app, and they thoroughly document everything from naptime to what they ate to any incidents they might have (fall, head bonk, etc). Very responsive to messages on brightwheel. I also get THE CUTEST PHOTOS EVER, I literally look forward to them every day. They are always doing fun and educational activities, and I love to get artwork tucked into her backpack nearly weekly. My sons area is clean and neat, and they do a good job feeding the children nutritious meals. The ratio of caregivers to kids is always below the legal limit, which is 1:6. This allows the caregivers to do more activities with kids to stimulate cognitive development. My complaint(s) are that this is an old house turned into a daycare which is dated. The inside could use some TLC. When it rains, the driveway and front door entrance can get muddy and there are lots of puddles. Also the driveway is short, so if 2-3 parents arrive at the same time it can get congested.

I'll be reviewing the party space aspect of this establishment. This very unassuming building boasts a pretty massive and awesome play place on the inside that makes it a perfect shot for a child's birthday Party. To rent out the space it costs $200 for 4 hours. They actually give you the keys to lock up and cleanup on your own and do not have a staff member sit by and supervise. Any outside food and drinks Will need to be disposed of and tables wiped down and chairs placed back before locking up your event. As mentioned the play place is massive and a lot of fun. Kids love it but I've crawled up there a time or two myself and had a blast. Lots of obstacles to crawl through and around. It also easy to get lost where your at in the building when you there playing. Which makes it a good thing in that there is only two points of entry/exit on the play place and both are front facing. So that makes it easy to keep a head count on kids and adults alike. The decor in here is very early to mid 90s cartoon art style and kind of a throw back. The lobby area is pretty spacious and they have a counter area for serving food. You can use the fridge behind the counter to keep things cold like drinks during the party. Overall every party we've had or attended here has been a lot of fun. A different and very personal feeling experience as I've never really known another place like this to rent out and not supervise.

Most helpful I think is the belief in positive discipline rather than punishment for misbehavior, which seems to work as well without the stigma-forming of telling someone they're bad and punishing them. Many, if not all staff seem to have some kind of Montessori education.
