Very bad service.
These cleaners broke my mirror's frame, scratched my wall and damaged my wife's shirt and trousers ironing them and refused to pay for any of the damages.
I was their customer for three months, until yesterday, and they only did a good job one day.
They miss the details, leave spider webs in the corners, food splits on the side of the microwave...
Regarding the damages, I let Carly-Ann Cole, #brightandbeaitiful franchise owner, know about the accident ironing my wife's clothes and she apologised very bluntly and didn't offer to cover the costs. We decided to give them another chance but when they broke the mirror and scratched the wall, we were very disappointed with her inflexible reply refusing to cover the costs even after we insisted.
She sold the service as if it was the best in class but that is not what we found.
She also asked for a recommendation to write on their website in a very early stage but we didn't do it because we didn't have enough experience with them and they were not doing such a good job.
Now I am glad that we didn't write that recommendation and understand that their pressure to get these testimonials from customers in such a short term may be related to customer dissatisfaction in medium and long terms that will not get them good feedbacks to publish.
We are now looking for another cleaner so any recommendation would be appreciated.
