Last week I found myself broken down on the side of the highway just across the Ohio border into WV, with an approaching storm rolling in around 7pm. After about an hour of waiting on AAA (with another 30-40 min left to go) and trying to figure it out myself this truck pulls up and offered assistance. He had absolutely no reason to stop, in fact he was on the opposite side of the highway and turned around just to help. He changed my tire, made sure the flat was loaded in the back and checked things out before sending me on my way all while declining any sort of payment. I was blown away. Super nice, a complete life saver and from what I could tell, hands down an all around genuinely good guy. I made it down the road about 10 min before the storm hit. It was perfect timing. Briggs is fantastic. He did some troubleshooting on my old furnace and fixed a major problem with it for a really great price. He's been reliable and quick to reply to all the things I want to do on my rental house. I feel so much better now that I have someone I can call on for emergencies!!! read more
