Lettuce might as well be water added to your sando. This deli classic was piled high with salami, ham, mortadella (high-end bologna), cotto salami, and provolone. This sandwich was delicious and with the addition of the "works" mayo, mustard, tomato, wax peppers, onions, and oil + vinegar it was a chef's kiss! A deli sandwich is only as good as it's bread and their bread is amazing! Soft, but chewy and dense enough to hold up with all of the dressings and sauces added on. Not sure if they make the bread in house, but it's great! This is a full on deli/grocery. You can get deli meats and cheese fresh cut and bagged for your home. The burrito was a perfect balance between bacon, egg, and potato. They also served it with a side of fresh salsa. Honestly, this was just really great! I walked around the store a little bit while my burrito was being made and looked at some of the stuff that they had for sale. I ended up walking away with a pound of pastrami, because who can say no to fresh pastrami?! All in all, this is a totally awesome place, and I'd highly recommend it!
