I'm not fond of needles in my feet due to a bad experience years ago, but I didn't even feel the injection with the way they did it. I feel better immediately after my visit. Will recommend to family and friends.

They cancel appointments without notice, message or text. We went to the doctor for a 4pm…read moreappointment and the door was locked with no one in the office. The craziest part is the hours on the door states 9 am to 5 pm for today. I called the office and was told they left a message trying to reschedule. Nope, the last voicemail I received was in 2022, from the last appointment. Very disappointed for the total disregard of our time. If you require prior notice for all cancellations, the least you can do is follow the same rule.

They all wore N-95 masks which gave me some comfort that they were taking additional precautions as mask requirements are getting less strict (as covid is starting to trend back up). They were able to fit me in for a same day new patient appointment. Called me into the room right after filling out the paperwork and was seen immediately after the intake questions. Most of the downtime was just waiting for the local anesthesia to take effect. This office deserves to get a good review based on their clinical setting. Dr. El-Sahali was efficient and did what he had to do. I didn't feel any pain during the simple procedure. When I got home, and the anesthesia wearing off, however is a different story. Lol

Took my daughter there in Dec 2016 to get fitted for orthodics. They called me on my cell Feb 2018…read moreto say that they were in and I owed them $400. They never called (or if they did it was on my landline that we no longer use) until a year later when I had changed insurance carriers and now the new carrier did not cover orthodics. Appealed above and asked if they could date the bill for my initial visit when the orthodics were ordered and my carrier at that time could cover. Nope.. couldn't do that. Asked if they could waive the $400 since they called me to pick them up over a year later and no longer fit my daughter's feet. Nope, they couldn't do that. Horrible customer experience and now I am in collections. Asked if they could take out of collections and set up a payment plan with their office instead. Nope, couldn't do that either. If you want a positive and supportive patient experience, don't go to this office.

Dr. Michael Pollack is the worst! Offered little or no local anesthetic to my 75 year old mother…read morescreaming from pain from knee effusion. Absolute worst bedside manner, horrible attitude or patient empathy. Office staff equally untrained and unprofessional. Stay away!
