I met with Wes, told him what I wanted and what my expectations were and his team blew them out of the water! "Mirror-like" finish doesn't even do what they did to my wife's car justice! It's like nothing I have seen before. If Meguiar's car wax is the pine wood derby, Wes and his team are operating at a NASCAR Cup level! They did the entire body, wheels, soft top and interior. When we picked it up is was flawless, and I don't use that word lightly! I have already recommended Deep Reflections to my friends and family. As if that's not enough, Wes is a man of his word. He told me that he would have the car back to my bride by 5pm on a day we agreed upon, and he had it back at 4:30 looking better than it did on the show room floor. Asked for a quote on Yelp for a full detail on my small SUV. The response was prompt, the price more than fair, and the availability immediate. So, yay! Let's go. Service is mobile and Noah--the owner/operator--came out to my workplace to detail the vehicle. He was on time--actually a little early which earns super bonus points from me--very friendly, and professional. His rig is clean, organised, and well equipped which tells me this fella knows what he's doing and cares about how he does it. So, why not FIVE stars you ask? Because an auto detailer needs to be about every single detail, no matter how small. Upon inspection I noticed the inside of the driver and passenger doors had not been touched (I could trace a line through the road grime with my finger), and there were minor (yes, minor, but we are talking about details) bits of dirt still in the carpet near the doors. I don't know if the tires were dressed, but they didn't look to be--it could be that he used a product that left more of a matte finish than a shiny one, but I like that armour all look on the rubber). For the price, convenience, and customer service I was satisfied.
