You'll feel right at home and motivated to be thin. It's a good system that is feasible, and they will help you all along the way. There's more than one system and way to shed these pounds, and they will customize it to your desire. Now, I'm not saying it's a miracle, and you're gonna have to put the work in, but it will be well worth the effort if you're serious about getting thinner. There is an old saying: "Girls aren't chatty with a Ladd named fatty." Don't be that guy, and seek the help. Being thin makes life much better and easier. Look better and be more confident. I took a class with Christine, who really knows her stuff! After spending time in the more trendy yoga studios around Chicagoland before moving back up here (i.e. Corepower), I'm glad to find one that seems committed in its core yoga practice without all the commercialized nonsense. The studio is clean, quiet and serene, and they offer mats, blocks, ropes and chairs for whatever practice is taking place. The music selection is well chosen and really compliments the practice (I didn't hear Enya once, which was a great sign). They offer classes in the AM & PM (the AM was full when I attended, which was also a good sign). Prices are more than reasonable, and classes are appropriate for all practice levels. Looking forward to practicing with this studio in the future! Namaste.

I've had one knee replacement & was bone on bone in the other knee & my leg was so badly deformed from a collapsed knee, I was in constant pain. I couldn't put weight on that leg & could hardly walk. My knee would buckle on me constantly. I felt like I was facing a future in a wheelchair. The program consisted of 3 platelet rich plasma knee injections, using your own blood & an umbilical cord stem cell injection to help regrow your knee cartiledge. They used a heel wedge in my shoe to shift the bones & straighten my leg. Well a little over a month out, I have to say I am super impressed with the results so far & it could still take up to a year for the cartiledge to completely regenerate. My leg is significantly straighter & I have so much less pain. Almost pain free at times. So much better than my surgically fixed knee that still hurts. I'm walking faster, able to start putting weight on it climbing stairs & able to work out with ankle weights on. Something I haven't been able to do in years! In just over a month!!! (It took me almost a year to recover from my knee replacement.) So Thank you Michelle Dace & everyone at Discover Medical!!! I have had really miraculous results! It gets better every day.
