Probably one of the best churches in Marshalltown. It is on the large side (maybe over 700…read moremembers?). Exciting sermons, in-depth bible study and sense of community. Comfortable atmosphere. Friendly people and staff. Just walk in and grab a cappucino and take a deep breath and feel at home. Wednesday night dinners and classes for the whole family. There really is something for every person, no matter your age or where you're at in your relationship with God. While hymns are sometimes used, worship music is usually very contemporary, some songs verge on being "rock" music. Something a little different each week. Very missional, bible-oriented. Pastor and staff really love the Lord and love serving the people. They really try to get everyone in the congregation involved and into a thriving relationship with Christ. The church has communion bread and "wine" together once a month. No liturgical "high church" here. Just people fellowshipping, worshipping together and serving each other. As a side note, the drama team is outstanding, and they don't shy away from sharing the whole Gospel!

I was specifically told he needed to see a vet before I could pick him up, which gave me confidence he was healthy. I paid a significant amount, and now I'm facing additional unexpected vet bills to treat a condition that should have been disclosed upfront. I also made it clear that I have another dog at home, so this situation could have easily impacted more than just one pet. To make matters worse, my vet mentioned that they've seen similar cases from this same place, which is very concerning. Another red flag was not being allowed to read the terms of agreement myself they were only read to me. Looking back, that doesn't sit right. I understand that puppies can come with health risks, including parasites like roundworms, but transparency is everything especially at this price point. I feel let down by the lack of honesty and communication. Again, I love my pup and wish the best for the other dogs there, but I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from here to ask detailed questions, request full documentation, and be fully aware of potential risks before committing.

Throughout my entire pregnancy i felt supported and safe. not a moment went by where I was feeling left in the dark other than the typical new mom fog, forgetting about some things and having to be reminded again. I felt heard and secure in my decisions. now almost one year later I am still excited for the pediatrician appointments to hear about how well my son is developing. hitting milestones early, even though he was a littler baby. Dr Richmond will always be my favorite doctor and probably my sons as well. I have severe PTSD and was terrified to give birth in a public hospital but I knew that was going to be the safest place to go. I'll continue to come back here for regularly scheduled appointments even if I were to move out of state. Kathy, another one of the nurses here is also a blessing. she used to be my nurse before I got pregnant and made the switch to Dr. Richmond.
