Plus the are both without doubt the nicest dentist/assistant I've ever been to. Appointments are precise with waiting and they don't muck you about at all. There's no upselling, and it just makes everything easy. The pricing structure is sensible and very clear. Top notch.

Instead, he ended up extracting all the teeth in the area where the crown was supposed to go. This left me with a visible gap, making it impossible for me to open my mouth confidently. For two years, he promised that I would receive implants at another clinic, but after all that time, the clinic refused. Now, he has promised to refund my money, but he continues to ignore my calls and messages. The refund was supposed to be processed by the end of January 2025, but I have received nothing. Not only did I lose my teeth, but I also lost my money. The treatments he provided were absolutely terrible. I was charged £100 for a "deep cleaning" that lasted only five minutes, leaving my teeth still stained and dirty. I frequently experienced complications, infections, and constant issues due to his work. The overall attitude of the clinic was appalling. They do not care about their patients, and the level of service is beyond unacceptable. At this point, I have no other choice but to take legal action.
