Before I got sick I used to use them many many times a month, and still use them occasionally, I gave them tons of business and always tipped good I gave like a $10 tip one way for a $15 ride!!!! And today I called them and said I needed someone who would accept my 5 lb very well behaved sweet pup! It was an emergency and he was pooping out pure blood and they said NO! This is the second time they have said no to my dog! I will NEVER ever give them business ever again! Thankfully I found a company who said no problem, and I will be using them from now on!!! This is a selfish company who doesn't treasure their good clients and their drivers are selfish ugly (inside) cruel heartless people! People who would let a dog die because they are worried about a hair or two!!! Doesn't matter their new drivers they have had lately are rude or have mental health issues (the lady) and I didn't like using them anymore anyway! I do Not Recommend this company at all!!!!

Just horrible people and company!!The cab drivers have scammed me two different times…read more The first one asked if I was from there, I said no: all I had to do was go 20 blocks straight and then to the right, he took me in a huge circle making my 16 dollar trip 35.00!! I called one other time for a delivery never paying any more than 8 dollars for the same delivery, the cab driver told me 15 to 20 dollars. I asked why so much and he stated it's because he gets to pick what store he gets it from and if I don't like it, then to call someone else. 8 dollars isn't anything for his time. When I tried to make a complaint to the supervisor the next day, the guy on the phone chuckled and said they don't need my business. I have never heard of anything good about this place. I used to use this cab all of the time, and was loyal to them for years. Even as a Canada post…read moredelivery person I always made sure to use their service each and every day. I have not used a cab in years but needed one, and again called for fifth avenue cabs. I called and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. After 35 minutes I called and asked if there was an issue and they said "no it will be there in 7 to 8 minutes. 45 minute mark, still no driver. Call again "oh hes almost there mam hes on whoop up drive now" (that is about ten minutes away from where I was). 55 minute mark I get a text saying I can now track my driver, which I see him driving in a different residential area which appeared as though dropping someone else off, still about 10 minutes away in a different direction. At this point I call another cab service (94 cabs, awesome company highly recommend) who says 10-15 minutes. 65 minutes in a cab driver phones me saying "hey mam I am near your house do you still need a cab?" 65 minutes and he is still not even near my house. I said I would see him soon. The other cab comes and picks me up (took them 7 minutes to get to me, again, use 94 cabs, not fifth ave), I can no longer see the cab driver on the track my cab link. He never showed up. an hour and 45 minutes later I get a text letting me know my cab is on the way and I can track its progress. thats almost TWO HOURS I waited for my cab as they repeatedly told me it was "almost there". If there is an issue, fine. tell me what it is and let me decide if I can wait another two hours for my ride. Don't lie to me and waste my time. OH AND, their number says its a local number, but apparently, this has been told and it automatically connects you to Calgary, meaning when you call them, not only do they have the world's worst service, but they also charge you long distance fees. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
