Ok, so I have lived here renting going on 3 years the main reason being location. Management staff is also excellent despite what others say. However the building appears to be "lipstick on a pig" with continued issues 1) there is a leak in the parking garage under the pool deck, this occurs when it rains, the leak is in between 2 large slabs of concrete 2) the passenger elevators have major issues and may require replacement based on a conversation I had with a Thyssenkrupp who was on-site for a repair, apparently there is an issue with the cables (who will pay for this...?) 3) in the past there have been water shutdowns, AC shutdowns and as of today "emergency electrical issues". This is a Related Group project so not surprisingly issues exist. If one is considering purchasing...buyer beware. read more

The garage at Brickell Heights is a valet garage open to the public. As such outside cars are routinely parked by the Valet service. This rush of parking activity of non resident cars causes dings/damage occurs to resident's cars that building insurance does not cover. And it creates a backlog of cars (and people) as the driveway is very narrow and the gate system to the garages do not work consistently. You'll also find non residents/strangers sitting in front of the building that are there to party or return after partying in the Village to drop off/pick up their cars. Also the elevator access finger print system requires at least 3-5 frustrating/rushed attempts before it recognizes your fingerprint. And that finger print recognition device is only on one side of each elevator - this creates stressful crowding/confusion amongst residents in the small elevators. Also, rental rules got tighter but if you see people with luggage they are probably a short term AirBnB rental. Yet management and coop board members scrutinize and intimidate long residents/owners. read more

The worst building to deal with in the US, possibly the world. Make everything as hard as possible, HOA has ridiculous rules, management does not care to help read more

Beautiful Building, great Location and wonderful management Staff. I'm glad we moved in.

(ESPAÑOL & ENGLISH) Situation: I rented 1/1 apartment to a friend who wanted to live here. Location: Very good if you are one of those who like to walk in your neighborhood to do errands, take a coffee, visit the restaurants and many other social activities. Problems: The valet takes incredibly long time to give you the car, prepare to ask for it 30 minutes before while you are at home. Lobby: Very nice decoration, the details in brown and gold are spectacular. Very comfortable furniture. In addition they always have cheerful music to put you in good vibes. Apartments: Prices and styles vary but I think the 1/1 part of the bathroom is poorly designed because it is uncomfortable to get through. Extremely narrow. For a single person, it could be said that it is fine but nevertheless it could have been better. Tip: If you are looking to move, let me know and I will get you the best apartment. Worst building. The valet is a mess, I need to wait 20min every day for my car. The management is awful, they don't do anything to help You. It's really frustrating living in this building. This is not Valet's fault, is Management fault for their lack of service and attention. read more

Valet is rude and utterly Unprofessional!!! I use the Equinox gym practically daily on the weekdays. Everyday I park my car get my ticket validated pay $2 for parking and give another $2 tip. They constantly have computer problems. Today I went to pay and their system did not register the validation. I was in a hurry and didn't want to again go up to Equinox and deal with it. Asked them to call and they could not get in touch right away. I told them just call them later. Instead of being nice and dealing with it - since this is their problem and not mine, I was actually threatened that in the future they would not accept my car. RUDE - UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL - Who is managing this operation???? I tried calling the management office their mail box is full!!!!! Is this how you run the entire building???? read more

I'd like to give 0 stars if possible. This building has done nothing to ever make the residents life easier and in fact they seem to purposely make everything difficult. The Valet system is terrible and although it has improved is just the icing on the cake. The major reason why I would never yell anyone to live in this building is the management. They work against the residents in every way and make your life hell with rules that don't help at all. read more

If you're considering buying here, I would strongly caution against it. In the 16 months I've lived here, we've gone through two management companies, three valet companies, and it took forever to cobble together a homeowner's association. Everything everyone else has mentioned is true. I'll add that living on a one-way that feeds West (9th Street) adds a little bit to your commute if you need to get to I-95. The comments on construction and development are the most accurate; although I'm sure not uncommon for the area. BH is not luxury - it's fast, cheap "luxury." We're trying. But ultimately the materials are cheap, the walls were not even painted (primered only), and all sold at the highest cost to foreign investors that mostly have not stepped foot in the place. The physical space was definitely not architected and designed to hold this many people all at once, just look up all the valet concerns. If you're renting, negotiate hard for a good deal, maybe even for external parking if you need it. read more

Valet SUCKS ! Elevators suck EVEN MORE!!! They break on a weekly basis, I can't remember when was the last time all four elevators worked at once... Management company neglects residents complaints. Moss/ related never owned up to their mistakes... the finishes are mediocre the walls are paper thin! Units on the top floors struggled with mold and leaks (west tower) The jacuzzi has more chemicals than the periodic table it is impossible to get in, you'll start coughing within a minute... the sauna also breaks fairly often. It is just not the LUXURY building related is "oh so proud of..." FYI everything related builds is a piece of shit. Add to that poor management. Chaos! read more

This is an incredibly poorly managed building. While some downstairs staff are pleasant, the actual management makes this building a terrible place to live and visit. The parking is very poorly designed, often backed up into the public street due to slow valet service and not enough space in the port cohere. The building is full of renters that do not respect neighbors, and the management has not addressed the massive AirBnb issue in the building. Do not be fooled by comments from owners and management that are trying to hide poor comments in an attempt to salvage the building's reputation. read more

Great community! I've been here since it opened doors in 2017. In the beginning, as in every new building in Miami, there were problems with tenants, mostly "trust fund kids", but after transfer of management to KW, I can say only good things about it. Price is up by 30% on rental and there is very little available inventory, that speaks to itself. read more

I just departed from Brickell Heights and after picking up my car from valet, your valet men rummaged through my entire car, including my wallet and my glove compartment and stole my prescription medicine along with multiple other things. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and will not be tolerated. I resided at brickell for the past 5 years with my family and have been trying to call and no one will answer. This happened Wednesday at 10 pm. Call me and I want my items returned immediately before I file a police report. My number is (954) 560-3395. read more

This complex was the worst experience I've ever had with living. I was a tenant here for 7 months before MOLD formed in my apartment. The units here have extremely old appliances, which translated to me spending my time dealing with plumbers and electricians on a consistent basis. In addition, the paint and drywall is extremely cheap. The problems with the plumbing translated to leaks that seeped into my bedroom and bathroom through the drywall from the kitchen. As a result, mold formed in my bedroom and bathroom that I breathed in for months. Then, I had to move out of my unit almost instantly, put my stuff in storage, and try find a new place to live in the same week. As I was dealing with the mold, the health side effects of the mold, moving out, paying for my move, being a full-time student, and having 2 jobs, the complex decided that they have not gotten anything from me so they gave me 3 violations for having guests over my apartment where I LIVE and then stole my security deposit of $250 over a scratch on the wall an inch long. They stole $650 from me for exercising my right to have guests in the place I reside and for allegedly "scratching" the drywall. This place is the WORST. I regret my decision to ever live here - do NOT recommend!!! read more

Laughably awful. Unprofessional from the time you get out of your vehicle. People fighting at the pool. If you do make it unscathed to the amenity deck, building security wastes no time harassing you for a towel on a chair. Not a lounger, on a regular chair. Rudeness rains at this horrible place glad I rented before being swindled into buying a paper thin walled unit. Located in the "Wellness District" anyone is better well off away from this terrible condominium. read more

Valet sucks, management sucks, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do.

Management here is a bad joke (and beleive me when I say I have dealt with some crappy ones) they have CERO regards towards the people living here, the rules are beyond read more

Absolutely terrible. I mean, just downright awful building service -- specifically from the front desk in the East tower. Ordering food and having it delivered here is an absolute nightmare. The drivers already have a tough gig as it is, but security requires IDs at all times, or else tenants have to come downstairs. Whatever. To not waste the delivery guys time, I asked if he could just leave it with the front desk, but even that is a problem for the front desk security. The last name of the front desk worker is Beltran -- typical Miami 'chico': high temper, low compassion, low IQ and rude. It seems like Miami has all the *opposite* people doing Hospitality. Millions of dollars for a unit but the buildings foundation is on par with prison security. Avoid this building by all means necessary. Glad I'm leaving Miami for good! read more

The valet messes up cars! They speed and as you walk you are afraid you will get hit. Worst valet I've ever seen in my life!!! Would not rent here on that solely! Terrible!!!! read more

Don't be dazzled by the amenities. This is a below average building (East Tower) and certainly not luxury. There is limited assigned parking and none for 1-bedroom units. Valet is reckless and unconscious. MBV offers monthly parking, but elevators are always down. The developer used shoddy materials. Quartz countertops easily chip. The rain shower dribbles water. The faucets, sinks and toilets are cheap. There's a sewage smell going into the toilet from the wall plumbing (in the 10-line). It's a builder issue. Small dogs can walk between balconies and urinate. The mailroom (for packages) is in the parking garage and smells like exhaust. It's not open 24/7, like other buildings. Management is incompetent. They fail to communicate scheduled water shut-off and no hot water. There is no pest control (silverfish in the bathrooms). No trash shoot cleaning. Elevators are always down. Professional residents continued to move out during our year lease. The gym is decent, but shared by both buildings (East and West). Weightlifting during certain hours can be challenging. Location is very good. It's a busy area and noise can be heard at 2am with the hurricane balcony doors shut. read more

The fire alarms are always going off in the middle of the day or night at this apartment complex. Currently, the alarm started going off an hour and a half ago at 1:50am. I was told the "engineers and fire department are on site trying to fix the issue for the past hour". It's now 3:30am and the issue hasn't been resolved. This building constantly has airbnbs filling the space in addition to this incessant alarm issue. You could not pay me to live here read more

The building itself is great... location, amenities, equinox and soul cycle... BUT nothing EVER works. Elevators... each building has three, at least one of them is always damaged, if not all three. As you can imagine this is VERY inconvenient for a building with 50 floors. Parking... I was sold on the building with the promise I would have a parking spot, apparently this meant a valet parking spot. Oh and no guest parking. Valet... most inefficient service I have ever experienced. I have waited over 45 minutes for my car and since I all parking spots are occupied, its completely mandatory. When you get home, you need to wait 15-20 minutes before they can take your car. Super, super disorganized. Gym... all the cardio machines are damaged. Receiving room... they lose everything, confuse packages from east to west building all the time. In other buildings, the receiving room is inside the building, here you have to walk deep inside the building to get your packages. "I just received a package, is there someone in the receiving room?" No. "Where is he?" He just went on a break (every. single. time.) The receiving room is so small that they can only hold your package for 10 days, if not they send it BACK. Which is ridiculous. Lobby... I don't even know why they are there, they only answer the phone. May I leave this key for my friend who is coming to visit? No. I got locked out, do you have my apartment's key? No. Half of them are SUPER nice and try to be as helpful as possible in this chaotic building, the other half, doesn't give an actual fuck. read more

Do not move in! Long wait times for your car are nothing compared to what happens after you move out. I vacated my apartment two months ago, and the association still owes me my security deposit. I followed up 7-times, and I'm constantly being ignored. The only response I got during the two month period was "Will resend the request for the check to be made". And then silence again... Honestly, look for your next apartment elsewhere. read more

This building is awful. The valet and management are terrible. Worst place I've ever lived

Brickell heights is a sham of a luxury building. DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO LIVES THERE A PACKAGE. I spent $100 to send a friend a delivery of balloons and it was delivered to Brickell heights, who never informed their resident of its delivery. After failing to inform a tenant of a package for her, Brickell heights negligently threw out the balloons and personal note without any regard. After being questioned about this in hopes of reimbursement, Brickell Heights refuses to take responsibility and said they would not admit fault in throwing away a gift before notifying a tenant. A so called "luxury building" that has poor business practice and refuses to admit fault for a blatant error is not somewhere I'd recommend...... read more

how many bad reviews do you need until your hire MORE VALETS?!?! Took THIRTY (30) minutes to get my car.

Worst vallet ever. I was waiting 30 minutes for my car and someone comes and instantly gets their car. Really disorganized. Sucks no guest parking either; Most buildings offer it. read more

Spectacular, beautiful building and amenities. The only part of the amenities I would criticize is that it seems like there's a green build up sometimes in the Jacuzzi on the 9th floor men's spa. Valet parking (which is mandatory for half the tenants) is hit or miss; sometimes great sometimes horrific. I had a very expensive pair of eyeglasses stolen out of my vehicle and nothing was done and the follow up was poor to non-existent. Some of the front desk concierge agents are wonderful and some could care less and have attitudes so that's hit or miss as well. Aside from all this, still a good value for your money. If I wasn't moving due to a work situation I likely would have renewed my lease. read more

This building is the worst. Nothing ever works, they sent some very important packages back because I didn't pick them up within a week of receiving them. They called me to inform me I had packages (odd) and I informed them I was on a trip, that I would pick them up as soon as I got there. They returned all of my packages back to the sender, I needed them urgently. read more

This has absolutely nothing to do with the gym or the building what so ever as they are both great. This review is in regards to the absolutely atrocious valet. It's incredible. I've never seen anything like it. If they're not damaging your car or losing your car/ car keys they're making you wait AT MINIMUM 30 minutes for your car. STAY FAR AWAY. read more

I can't stand living here . For 2300 $ a month for a 1 bed I would expect better . The elevators are always down, the fob system is terrible, management is horrible, everything looks nice expect made cheaply and slowly breaking, I have to sleep with ear plugs in every night or I'm waking up from the noise outside.. but the worst thing I think is the valet I was given for my vehicle . I call every morning 45 minutes a head of times and still have to wait 10 minutes in the morning in order to get to work. Next time I'm late to work, I'm getting my own car and I'm not going to be so nice about it . Move somewhere else for the money this building is ridiculous . read more

I would highly suggest to NOT live here. The management team and valet company (US Parking) is the WORST I have ever seen. You can guarantee new employees every week that do not know who lives there or any protocols if you have a problem. Management is aware of the complaints about valet, ridiculous rules (carry dogs in elevator), unjustified violations and maintenance problems with the units and building and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Most of the people here yell at the valet every morning as they eat, text and talk before getting your car as if you have no where to go. You can not call ahead so you are forced to go down and wait minimum of 30 minutes, just be aware that if you ask where your car is you will be told "it's coming down" with a careless rude attitude from the supervisors at valet. This happens on a daily basis and management just watches as the tenants lose it and are now starting to write violations of monetary value where YOU live! If you are planning to not use your car, have fun hearing your neighbors talk, shower and have sex while construction is going on through the paper thin walls. This building is not only an embarrassment to Keller Williams Management (3rd management team within months) with same leaders still miserably "running" things but it is far from luxury with the poor class management team and valet. We chose to ignore the reviews and still move in as we loved the building, it has turned into a police report (stolen items in vehicle), violations and lost time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They (management) will take advantage of it as they are hopelessly trying to save this building. read more

Love the building and staff. Ignore other people bad review as it has nothing to do with the building it self. Amazing amenities and most of all, super friendly staff! Strongly recommend it! read more
