Someone told me before we attended the school that the students are like family, and they view each other as siblings and I didn't get it until we started at TOCA. But don't go to this school if you're a minority because the amount of racism is actually appalling from the students. This is from 2021-2022 when I experienced this but they barely had the right kind of support for low income students. Mostly just a staff problem that could reach to those kids.
