Which could definitely be attributed to the time of day/year as it was like 6am and right around the holidays. Maybe they had trouble finding a driver. I do get that. This possibility is why I gave 2 stars instead of just 1 star. Driver was extremely rude and brought the incorrect type of truck. This is inexcusable. Luckily the highway patrol called their own tow truck or else we would have had to wait even longer for this guy to go back and get a wrecker. (Also our accident was in an extremely unsafe area to just be waiting around.) I think they are one of the only towing options in Troy, but if something happens, try to find another towing options if possible.

The gentleman who took the call took my information and told me the driver would be there shortly. i put my boots on, drove the one mile to the station, and the driver (Mike) was there waiting on me! He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The price was reasonable, and the whole process for him to load, drive, unload in my driveway, and fill out paperwork took approximately 15 minutes! It's never a good time when you have to enlist the help of a tow service. My hubby and I…read moreunfortunately were part of a nearly 20 car pileup on I-70. STL had 50 degree temps one day and then the next, an unexpected snowstorm. Our vehicle struck the rear of an 18 wheeler and our air bags deployed. Thankfully, we weren't injured besides the fact of seeing our life pass by in slow motion and fearing the worst. And again thankfully, a duallie transporting a horse trailer jack knifed into himself to avoid hitting us from the rear. After several hours stranded on 70, a state trooper offered us to warm up in his SUV. Another tow company began retrieving our vehicle with the understanding we'd become his passengers. But guess what? He left us! The trooper was able to get Prime towing to 'tow two passengers' while the other company got our car. My hubby and I ended up in separate tow trucks. Both drivers (Gary and Jeff) were patient, understanding, nice and all around good guys. We rode around with them for about an hour avoiding pileups and backups. They finally dropped us off while we waited for our friend driving to get us. BTW, I think Gary is the owner. If you ever need tow services, and I hope that you don't, please don't hesitate to contact Prime. They live up to their name by offering prime service.

Later found out batteries are paid individually. Called another salvage company and was told they pay 6.00 apiece. Came to 48.00. Beware.
