With my two septic tanks on the brink of backing up into the house, I called Brian's Septic Service. I was immediately connected to a very pleasant woman, not a machine. She got my address, nature of the problem and quoted the likely price. Because of how they run their business, she was able to have someone come out the very next day. A very polite, knowledgeable and hardworking service technician named Mason worked quickly to resolve my problem. He answered my questions throughly and patiently and did further troubleshooting on the associated electrical system. Courteous, organized, responsive, competent and reasonably priced. I recommend Brian's Septic Service! read more

We are extremely pleased with the service. I called at 7:20am, talked to Jessica who got in touch with Casey. They put us on a rush as water was backing up in my bathtubs. We were the first customers. Casey was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He pumped out our septic and unclogged a plugged drain. We live 25 minutes out of town and by 9:10am Casey and his helper were on the road to the next customer! I have used them in the past and will continue to use them! Great company and employees. Job well done. Thank you so much for your quick and great service. read more

Hunter and Landon were so great to work with. I highly recommend Brian's septic. I just needed a pump out and it was such an easy process. They were so thorough. After they finished you couldn't even tell they had been there. Everything was just as it was before they started. read more

I needed my septic tank pumped out . Brian's Septic Service arrived early but called first to ask was it alright to come earlier and it was. Casey did a wonderful job. He was pleasant, respectful , professional and answered all my questions. Could not have gone better. Cost was $425. Used to be a lot less but I didn't comparative shop. Called them on Friday and they were here the following Monday. I'll be using them again as needed. read more

This is not a review you can't wait to do for a service you would rather not think about but everybody has to go and if you are not on a sewer system then a septic tank is what you have to contend with. When the system starts to fail it's time to get busy replacing the septic system. In our case we got almost 44 years out of the tank and drain field without once having a squishy yard and did not have to pump out the tank for the first time until about 4 months ago. I put that down to my wife really reading the pamphlet about the "magic box" that came with her new home and diligently avoiding putting anything down the drain that the pamphlet said not to. From estimate to completion took about 3 weeks but the actual install was completed in one day. Brian was great to work with and his crew was top notch too. I got to feel like a kid again sitting on the front porch watching them work. Now we get to spend a few weeks deciding on a plan for the front yard. With our proximity to Lake Jackson we would like something a little more environmentally friendly than a lawn but we shall see how that fits in the budget. read more

We did not have any problems. Just a pump out. This company answers their phone. The office staff are very helpful. They showed up on the day they scheduled our serivce. No gimics, no trying to sell us services we did not need. Great service all the way. Fair price. read more

Ive had a wonderful experience with the whole team at Brian's Spetic Service. They have gone above and beyond to try to fix the issue I've been having for the past few months. Stephanie and Sherrie in the office are always so sweet on the phone. I appreciate them remembering me when I call and get me on the schedule right away to get help. Kenny and Jake have been working on my problem multiple times this week and are amazing! They are knowledgeable and answer all my questions and make sure I know what's going on the whole process of the job. They are respectful and they always clean up after the job. I really appreciate the time they took to troubleshoot the issue and how they made me feel throughout the process. I feel like the price I've paid for service is very reasonable considering the time and work they have done so far. I would absolutely recommend them for any septic work you may need in the future. read more

Brian's Septic is definitely a top notch company. I recommend everyone to call Brian Septic for any issue. Joey responded quickly, went through all the pre-bid steps explaining all details of the project (size, inspections/surveys, etc.) and timeline. In addition, he assisted with other County needs. The day of the installation, the Joey/Hunter team provided outstanding services. They arrived on time, coordinated with another trade conducting other services, and installed the new system efficiently and professionally. Also, need to mention the gentleman operating the excavator left the site in an excellent condition. Always a professional and polite team. This is the company to call. read more

Our main drain field was in need of replacement due to being inundated with roots causing septic back up. After the long process of waiting for a city soil inspector to inspect, request a city permit, and give his blessing, it was just over two months out. While waiting for the permit to be finalized, I requested 5 estimates from various recommended septic companies in town. While Brian's Septic is highly recommended, their estimates and quotes can be a bit higher than others (had an issue before moving into our home where we got a quote), so I was not thinking we would go with them to complete the work initially. To my surprise, Brian's quote was the lowest, with a margin of being 9K under the highest bidder's quote. Being that I knew Brian's Septic does work of quality, I was excited to ask them to take our job. In less than 48 hours Brian already booked the work and got it done, despite one of the work days being a holiday. I highly recommend Brian's moving forward and am abundantly pleased with their responsiveness, work quality, and professionalism. read more

Called at 8:15 am this morning because we discovered our septic tank bubbling and the pump test light not working. Spoke with Sherry and she was awesome! Friendly and informative. She said Keith would be out to help us by lunch time. He called and asked if he could come out earlier. He was here by 10, diagnosed the issues, pumped our 3 tanks and courteously advised us on maintenance and finished before 11 am. The charge was reasonable and we highly recommend Brian's Septic to everyone. read more

Great septic tank pump service at a fair price. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. The ladies in the office couldn't have been nicer in answering my questions and scheduling (and rescheduling) my service. The technicians arrived on time at the start of the appointment window, worked professionally, and were courteous throughout. I won't hesitate to use Brian's again the next time I need to have my septic tank pumped. read more

Fantastic service! Imagine - you get home, start to relax from a hard days work and you hear the daunting sound of your septic tank high water alarm blaring for all to hear! Not a great feeling! But I called Brian's Septic Service and they were kind enough to, after hours, chat with me to try and trouble shoot the issue to determine the cause - unfortunately, the issue was outside of my basic white girl skills and abilities! I was unable to stay in my home that night due to no water usage! The next day I received a call from Kenny (whom I spoke to during my after hours chat) and he was able to get me onto the service list on a very busy Friday! Kenny, and brand new tech guy Ricky, showed up, displayed the upmost professionalism, quickly determined the overall issue, and was able to get me out of a world of s***, I mean poop - literally! They were kind enough to explain every step of the process without getting sh**ty with me. I 10 out of 10 recommend Kenny and the entire Brian's Septic Team!!!! read more

Showed up on time. Did excellent work. Kept owner informed of progress and completion of work. Friendly and attentive staff.

We were very pleased with their performance. Called one day and service performed the very next afternoon at a very reasonable price. Tim was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to get septic tank pumped quickly and efficiently even though it was a very hard task that many companies would not have performed. We would definitely recommend Brian's Septic Service to anyone needing septic services. read more

We just had our septic tank pumped out. Kenny and his young helper came out in the small truck to do the job. They did a wonderful job of navigating around all the trees to get to our septic system which is located on the far side of the house. They quickly found the access port and dug it out. Kenny explained everything he did and showed us problems with our system. He loves his job and loves working for Brian and it shows. We will definitely use Brian's again and will recommend them to all our friends who have septic systems. read more

My experienced was less than 1 star. Prepaid for service that was never performed. Lack of communication was another issue. Brian has shown poor judgement and lack of dependability in my case. Just a warning to anyone not wanting to get "ripped-off" like I was. read more

I got transferred up to Tennessee two years back and had no luck selling my Tallahassee house so now I'm unfortunately a landlord. It sucks when the monthly rent you're collecting doesn't even cover your mortgage payment but it sucks even more when you get a call with a problem that's going to cost you even more money. I saw that number come up on the caller ID late this morning. The septic tank needed pumping I was told. A quick Google search pulled up Brian's Septic Service and reminded me of when I used him several years back and how impressed I was with the overall business transaction. Brian answered my call and pleased me when he told me he could get out to the house the same day. He gave what I felt was a fair price and let me know he'd call me after the service was complete, which he did a few hours later. Brian is the type of business owner that I like to support. In my business, I train my employees to never say "you're welcome". If our customers thank us, we thank them. I noticed that both times I thanked Brian today, he followed up with a thank you to me. That makes a huge difference to me. read more

Brian and staff are amazing! I am a hometown girl so I know there are other companies that have been around longer but after doing some research I decided to call Brian's and I am so glad I did! The customer service received has been so impressive. Brian himself answered my call. Byron and his helper arrived early and helped me understand my issues, Brian has followed up and kept in touch every step of the way. No one ever likes the cost of repairs but in checking around Brian's rates were the best. I have worked in customer service for over 35 years and it is refreshing to see above average service from a company these days. read more

Very professional and efficient! Can't say enough about what a pleasure it was having them install our new drain field! Top-notch company!

Brian's Septic Service did a great job at my home in resolving my issue. His prices are fair and I would recommend him to anyone.

I called Miller's Septic after a referral from Greg (the owner's) brother, Brian's Septic. I was told my deck was built over the septic and had to have it removed before they could do anything. That was on a Tuesday. I had it removed Wednesday. Thursday they came back out and told me my lid was too large so they would have to have help and couldn't do that until Monday. By this time I had been without plumbing/washing capabilities in my house for nearly a week. They ASSURED me they would be out at 9:00 on Monday. At 11:00 WITHOUT SO MUCH AS LOOKING AT IT OR TRYING TO LIFT THEY LID they told me to call another Septic service. In other words, too much trouble in spite of the fact they had assessed the entire thing four days earlier. They could have told me then but NO...had me wait another four days to have two trucks (one not working, apparently) show up and a mere..."sorry, mam, call Apalachee Septic" and they were on their way. Greg the owner, who always answered calls prior to this hasn't answered one since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more
