Like I said in my review of your company and product, this is not wear and tear when it happens within a year of buying... you did not even ask me about how firm I wanted my cushion as I found out later all good furniture stores ask... your furniture is cheap and your customer service stinks!!!! I would not give you anymore of my hard earned money!!!!! On top of it you don't even have the guts to respond on yelp... where the review was!!!! And the response does not come from anybody who knows anything about sofas but their social media specialists!!!! My first experience was with Karen at Customer Service who not only checked into my curbside pickup…read moreorder but actually called me to alert me that I'd be getting a pickup email, which arrived a moment later. I was impressed by the added step she took to ensure I had the answer I had previously called about. Then there was the incredibly friendly Joseph who brought my snowblower out. He was just pleasant and happy. It was refreshing! But then... upon arriving home about 45 minutes away I found the snowblower to be DOA. As snow was forecast and this model was now out of stock in all but a couple of far away locations I felt like my trip was a waste of time and effort. I chatted with online customer service who instructed me to call the store and speak to a manager. Enter John. The lengths he went to make this unfortunate situation right was truly exceptional! He legitimately cared and was sincerely interested in finding a solution. The plan was to have another unit shipped from one of those other stores and arrange to get it to me as soon as he could. Initially that would look like at least a few days. Turned out, the NEXT day Jamie, the store manager, delivered it to me on his way home. I'd have been more than perfectly satisfied with the excellent customer service had there NOT been a problem. But in the presence of a problem was where the leadership at this location really proved themselves! They more than made it right by owning the issue, finding a solution, and implementing it to perfection all the while being legitimately concerned about turning my potentially negative experience into a positive one. You don't see THAT level of fantastic customer service often, and that warrants my highest praise! Thank you Karen, Joseph, John, and Jamie!

went in looking for one specific item-foam board for a project…read more first customer service lady just kept pointing across the store saying 'insulation is down there' (wasn't sure if I needed insulation, but went with it) finally got to an isle that looked like it might have what I need. 5 men standing around prepping to do something on a ladder. I ask one of the ones standing back (showing him a picture on my phone of what I was looking for) he looks at me grumpily and says -if we have it it's in this area, turns back to watch 4 other coworkers doing..something and ignores me. needless to say I walked out and won't be back. I'm not a hands-on person often and your advertisements always promote 'we can help' no help today and I'll be going to another business when I need any actual help with hands-on work
