I recommend Bri'Anne 100%!!! My wife and I always struggle with photographers because of the difference of our skin color but Bri'Anne blew our expectations and made us feel comfortable in our skin! She's also a very talented in being a leader! I went online to review and was very surprised to see her previews reviews, but after reading them I realized it was just very angry people trying to get revenge! But I can guarantee that this photographer exceeded our expectations beyond what we could have imagined! BEWARE!!! The ultimate wedding photography horror story happened due to an unacceptable mistake BriAnne made and we lost 99.9% of our wedding photos. We were fully reimbursed but that in NO way covers the hours we spent having our photos taken which were largely done away from friends and family on our special day. We have maybe 6 good ish photos from our big day. My wife took weeks to hire a photographer and we decided to go with BriAnne since she new the venue because her mom owns it. BriAnne is a skilled photographer, but she failed to do the most BASIC step and back up MULTIPLE weddings and this included ours. She then went on a vacation and at some point damaged her memory cards which had multiple months of weddings on them. She didn't tell us about it until AFTER she sent them to a 3rd party data recovery company, this was weeks after we were told we would have them. Originally we were told she would need 7-8 weeks of time to edit. At 10 weeks my wife reached out to her and and it started to become clear that something happened. BriAnne did offer to do a makeup shoot after our refund. This was good in spirit but in reality she made us feel as though every other client was more important. Maybe this is because they are offering to pay her 3k ish for the same day and that our re-shoot was scheduled to her ours was "free"? She was very late to respond to us (we could be slow too but come on ball was in her court to make this up). She left us to middle man all the communication to try and get immediate family back down for the re-shoot and NEVER offered to help pay for travel or hotels. We felt that she should either give us more money on top of our full refund to account for the hours of lost time and lifetime of heartache ... or simply offer to help with getting family here. THEN towards the end of our time with BriAnne it became somewhat clear that she stopped caring. Obviously she couldn't predict the pandemic but she allowed her future clients to have the option to book on OUR re-shoot day!!!! After that we gave her an ultimatum and decided to cut ties due to her lack of caring or effort. This was after 4+ months of trying to make it work with her. In no way is it acceptable to not back up your "professional" livelihood IMO. Looking back our our wedding day we will never be able to re-live the ; firstlooks, father daughter dance, or really any other staple moment due to the fact that we specifically asked everyone not to use their phones or cameras. We hired BriAnne and her husband (2 cameras, 2 memory cards) and end up with nothing but issues. Not everyone who hires BriAnne will have this happen, and I KNOW she learned her lesson but for the reason above we will NEVER recommend her to anyone and it was an overall nightmare that our families or us will ever forget. read more

I saw these two bad reviews below and asked Bri'Anne about them...to anyone reading those, know that those clients were one of a few and they were the ONLY ones to complain so vocally about it. Bri'Anne literally let me read her communication with this couple...she was professional...they were total jerks. Bri'Anne had a photographer horror story happen to her, she's not the only photographer this has happened to. She was waiting for her backup drive to arrive (as her other one was full) when her drive with the weddings on it crashed. She literally spent thousands of dollars to find every way imaginable to recover these couples weddings. But they were gone. She genuinely seemed so grieved over the loss this was for her couples. She FULLY REFUNDED all of the couples, offered reshoots, anything she could. All other couples appreciated this immensely. Except for this crazy jerk below. He went above and beyond to harass Bri'Anne on every media outlet...he even created this Yelp page JUST to slander her good name. Desperate much dude? Yikes. I saw that he said she was slow to respond...BRI'ANNE IS SUPER QUICK AT RESPONDED, she told me when that couple was communicating with her she was out of the country/state doing missions work for three months. Jeezzzze dude! Also, the "people who took priority over" that couple....uhhhh it was ONE covid bride who had to move her date because of COVID show some grace dude! This guy asked all his friends to trash Bri'Anne on social media. Clearly he has a grudge. But ask ANY other bride or groom whose worked with Bri'Anne and you'll discover the truth. Bri'Anne was a GEM and a total LIFESAVER on our wedding day. She not only knows how to kindly delegate people and stick to a timeline on your wedding day...she's an all around renaissance woman! She helped put on my lashes because my bridesmaids didn't know how, she fluffed my dress during the ceremony, she was super fun and funny and actually got my man to relax (believe me...that's hard to do when he's in front of the camera ;) She nicely asked my aunt to give me and my man some space during our photos (as my aunt was really bothering me), she fixed my hair during the reception, whipped out our huge family photos in like 20 minutes no stress! One of my best friends was completely screwed over by Bri'anne and her husband. They failed to do the simplest and most basic rule of photography - (especially wedding photography) backing everything up. She offered them a refund and a re-shoot (although how can you ever "re-shoot" your wedding day - they will never, ever get those moments back) but then kept offering new clients their re-shoot spot and simply stopped communicated with them.
