The experience was nothing short of remarkable. Jim held my hand throughout the process and was always available to chat and explain what was going on, what he needed and why he needed it (sometimes our chats lasted over an hour!). Compared with the previous companies we used, who spoke on the phone with us for 20 minutes at most the entire time, this was a breath of fresh air. Jim is incredibly understanding, patient and compassionate, all of which are incredibly important qualities for a mortgage broker. The cherry on top? Quoting his email to me: "Got a call from Capital Title - they were confused as to why they got another title order for the same property. I told them you were a bargain hunter. Please pay the appraisal invoice I sent you in a previous email. If you don't, I'm expecting bad Karma will overwhelm your life. That would be a shame. :)"
